10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing valentine dinner, one of the best dinners we have had on our journeying in France., and a very friendly and efficient staff
9.6 Excellent
Cons: Wi fi in my room was not good
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Good location easy parking staff very good
7.9 Good
Pros: Food was out of this world, bar across the street well worth a visit.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Lovely room in annexe. Great meal and good service.
Cons: Unfortunately we do not speak great French so while we do not expect English to be spoken it would have helped if staff could have spoken a bit more slowly to help us. Felt a little rushed to order dinner as we struggled to understand menu but the meal was really good. Bowls for cereal not there at breakfast so had to ask for those and milk too.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Great overnight stay with a super restaurant. The village is very nice to walk around as well.
Cons: There’s a few little things that could be annoying, but the value for money it’s so good you can overlook them.
7.9 Good
Pros: We were placed in the annex and enjoyed supper in the hotel proper. Breakfast was adequate, but not memorable. Very convenient for the motorway. Other facilities minimal and no lounge or bar.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We were making our escape from Spain because of the corona virus situation (March 2020) and driving to Calais. We telephoned the owner to confirm our arrival later that day as many hotels were closing due to the corona virus. He confirmed he was expecting us and asked us to call again as we approached, as he was closed in the afternoon. We did this when we left the Autoroute at 17:00 and 5 minutes later he arrived at the hotel immediately after we did and opened up for us. It was at his point I realised we were his only guests... I thanked him for accepting our booking and he shrugged (in the Gallic manner). We discussed the possibility for an evening meal (as all other bars/restaurants in Vaas were closed) and he asked what we would like but apologised and said he would have to serve us in the room due to the virus situation. We decided on Confit de Canard with suitable desserts and agreed service at around 19:00 as he had a private function to cater for since the hotel was otherwise empty. We asked whether we could take a walk around the village and he recommended going to the river (Loire) which we did and also found a local shop where we bought some water. Dinner was served at 19:10 in our room and was excellent. The duck was perfect and we had chosen some red and rose house wine to accompany which was also excellent. He very kindly provided, in addition to the agreed Creme Brulee and Riz au Lait, some cheese and fresh rolls. In the morning, after a good night's sleep on very comfortable beds and in a very quiet location overlooking the Place de Victoire in Vaas, we took breakfast in the Reception area with fresh coffee and warm bread and pastries; there was also a choice of juices and cereals available. If we are ever in the area of le Mans/Tours again, we will make a point of staying at Logis Le Vedaquais.
Cons: Really nothing was wrong - given the situation with the virus, we were so glad to have a decent place to stay and to receive such a pleasant welcome. The hotel is situated in 2 adjoining old buildings which meant the access to the upper floors was by an older narrow staircase which we found a little intimidating (we are "Seniors" and a bit stiff from the long drive) but not a real problem. This could easily be called "local charm" and is the only thing in my mind that was less than perfect. In any case changing the layout would probably be impossible and the rooms were a delight - high ceilings with an en suite and lovely co-ordinated decor and furnishings and a west facing window overlooking the square.
7.0 Good
Cons: Cracked hanbasin.restaurant not open on sundays and mondays.does say if you are staying they can supply some food but they said they could not.we were the only guests and it was new years eve

Pros: Situation is lovely, right by the lake which was where we had dinner. Dinner was 4 courses and delicious. Decoration in our bedroom was very quirky and a change from the browns and beiges of hotel chains.
Cons: The only thing we had a problem with was internet connection when we were checking out but that was not our hosts’ fault.

Pros: We travelled with our daughter, son-in-law and granddaughter and had two very pleasant adjoining rooms. to our surprise we had a delicious dinner provided (at extra cost of course) with wine and a really nice breakfast in the morning at the time we requested. Very friendly and obliging hosts. Would definitely recommend.
Cons: The bed was a little hard and it was very difficult to find. Google maps finally got us there.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Typically French breakfast/dinner(excellent) and outdoors on a lovely patio overlooking an old mill pond. Very comfortable but quirky room.Very quiet location.
Cons: Difficulty finding the location from instructions given.45 minutes extra on journey after a long days drive from Dieppe Ferry port. Not everyone has GPS so instructions need to be more precise and correct. We spoke to other people who also had the same problem.Luckily a glass of local wine on arrival when we finally settled took away the location finding frustration.

6.7 Good
Pros: very friendly and helpfull owner
Cons: bit far away from infrastructure
5.0 Okay
Pros: Pleasant staff & good food at dinner.
Cons: Room was noisy all night with traffic and all very old fashioned and worn.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything
7.0 Good
Pros: Breakfast selection very good.
Cons: Dinner used to be better, there seems to be less take up of people eating in the evening. There is not much choice of restaurants in Le Lude. I think the owner could try a bit harder in providing a better choice of dishes for an evening meal. Something which could be freshly prepared at short notice ( not preproduced and reheated).
5.5 Okay
Cons: the bed linen, bathroom and towels were spotless and the breakfast was acceptable for the price. However, other than the restaurant, the accommodation is very run down. The carpets and paintwork in bedrooms and on stairs are ancient. Furniture is simple but more up to date than the carpets and paint. If we stopped off in Le Lude again I would choose somewhere else.
7.9 Good
Pros: Friendly, excellent restaurant, comfy room, bathroom disappointing.
Cons: Bathroom had a bad smell.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Friendly reception, comfy beds. A large fan in our family room on a very warm night was appreciated.

Pros: The setting for dinner was amazing, with tables beautifully laid alongside the river. The dinner itself was exceptional. Note though that there was no à la carte menu and the cheapest set menu was 30 or so euros. Made the evening quite expensive for a family but the quality was really excellent.

Pros: Everything was excellent! Such a beautiful house! Very comfortable beds, a room with loads of character and a breakfast with home made yoghurt and freshly baked banana bread. Very friendly hosts, who welcomed us with a glass of wine. Another lovely feature was the tea and coffee making facilities on the landing. And everything was spotlessly clean. The small towns has an amazing castle and a wonderful French restaurant just by the bridge. A total delight!
Cons: All great. Maybe shower could have some more pressure
