Cons: Poor complimentary headphones; temperature was cold duration of flight; sat on plane for an hour before taking off waiting to de-ice; very rough landing.

Pros: Was actually an Air Canada flight. AC has much better seating in Economy Class. Seats have more room and more recline.

Cons: United made no effort to alert us to the fact that we were actually flying Air Canada. Our rewards upgrade to Business Class was not honored.Extremely misled!

Cons: Food and rough flight

Pros: fast boarding process. checked in bags for free due to full flight. Crew were very helpful and serviced with a smile throughout the journey. Baggage was on time on all the airports. On flight entertainment was very good. leg room good in all the flights.

Cons: Seats should be more comfortable for such a long journey. economy class seats has very less support especially for the 11 hour flight.

Pros: On a quick 40 minute flight they still managed riu server coffee, water and snacks.

Pros: Pilots kept us abreast of timing and upcoming turbulence

Cons: The seat back screen was broken, but the screen itself was always on, so in addition to no entertainment, I couldn’t even have darkness

Cons: You overbooked your capacity and gave me an option to fly to LAX and find my ride home. Unbelievable.

Cons: Very narrow seats in coach. If you’re sitting next to a larger person expect to be crunched.

Cons: They should tell about why they are postponing the flights constantly. Just a flight delayed 4 times and no explanation.
