Cons: Breakfast was awesome. The property was beautiful and my room was spacious and very comfortable
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Quiet place , with friendly staff ,not far from train statio, friendly staff
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Service and welcome.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Maria gave us a very warm welcome and was extremely helpful organising taxis for us and providing information. We found the beds really comfortable and the apartment was very clean. Breakfast was good with the option of eggs as well as pastries. The garden is lovely, very quiet and private. Central location in a nice area of town.
Cons: The swimming pool needs some attention, the water appeared to be green. One of the reasons I had booked the hotel was because it had a pool as we were visiting in February. Luckily the weather wasn’t too hot while we were there as we would not have been keen to swim in it. The bathroom had a badly cracked sink and would benefit from some modernisation.

Pros: Annabelle that works on the roftoop by the pool is the nicest sweetest human being! She is absolutley the best! Great location and nice staff overall. We love you Annabelle❤️
9.7 Excellent
Pros: The new tower is quiet and modern. The lobby of he old tower is bigger and more luxurious but my understanding is the rooms are older although I never saw them.
Cons: They seemed to have certain websites blocked since Internet was working fine but some sites would not work in the hotel. Very strange.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Good location, comfortable and clean.
6.0 Good
Pros: Breakfast and location. Reception staff helpful. Area safe.
Cons: AC was very noisy. Room run down. Towels almost grey. Not the usual Nh hotel experience. This hotel should not have the NH hotel name.

9.6 Excellent

10.0 Excellent
Pros: We were very close to the Mayo square. Walking distance to places to eat and shop. The staff were very helpful and went out of their way. One staff member called a tour company that had cancelled our tour at the last minute to help us through the situation
6.5 Good
Pros: It is very clean, comfortable, and the location is great.
Cons: The only staff that speaks English is the front desk, so if you want room service, laundry, or anything fixed by maintenance, you have to call the front desk and hope they aren't busy.
7.9 Good
Pros: Staff is nice and very polite, they kindly accommodate our requests upon arrival. The beds are comfortable and spacious.
Cons: NH City needs a modern or renovation touch in our modest opinion. Comfortable but a bit pricey for the state of the facilities which are a bit oldish now vs other hotels in the same area are for the same price or less. Basically you will pay for the fact that it is a NH brand and where is located.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice hotel in a very convenient location. I would definitely recommend it. Parts of the premises need a bit of renovation. Overall, it was a nice stay!

Hotel Patios de San Telmo - Buenos Aires - Bedroom

8.5 Excellent (1,552 reviews)
C$ 96+
Overview Reviews

Featured amenities include a 24-hour business center, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and dry cleaning/laundry services. For a surcharge, guests may use a roundtrip airport shuttle (available 24 hours) and a cruise ship terminal shuttle.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Good location, helpful staff, reasonably comfortable room, large bed, pool, patio.
Cons: Hot water was not working on a few afternoons. Breakfast was not great, but there are several good breakfast places nearby.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: I liked everything: excellent location in the center of Buenos Aires but on a quiet street; very pleasant and clean hotel with several open patios, a terrace with a small swimming pool and even a library; a comfortable room with a perfect bed, good lightening and a small fridge; a modern bathroom with plenty of warm water at any time; good breakfast. However, the best point was the staff's attitude during the days I had to stay confined inside the hotel due to the corona virus crisis until I could find a flight back home: their readiness to help in any possible way and their kindness knew no limits.
Cons: Of course, I did't like to have to be all the time in the hotel due to the very special circumstances we are going through.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Good location. Congratulation Nice friendly people
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was large enough, clean, and not at all smelly or damp like some reviews I had seen. The hotel's location was perfect for what I had planned for the first part of my trip: right in the middle of San Telmo, one of the main tourist districts. Staff was more than helpful, and very friendly.
Cons: Not the hotel's fault, but being in isolation in a hotel room is probably never nice, wherever you are staying.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location in San Telmo, Buenos Aires. Large rooms have a super high ceiling of maybe 16 ft (?) high, nice breakfast, stuff is great. Nice places to seat and relax during the day and very nice ambiance. We did not use the pool. It offers great value for money.
Cons: Mattress and washroom were acceptable but not the most comfortable or modern, but acceptable.
3.1 Mediocre
Cons: Bait and switch. Being told one price, getting on a plane, then being told it was twice as much. No control over heat. Smears of make up and marks on doors. Poor ventilation in bathrooms that leaves the rooms smelling musty. Phone was pick pocketed. Friend had three girls attack and rob him. Diarrhea every damn day.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was good for the San Telmo Sunday Market and there is an excellent restaurant nearby which the hotel recommended . Friendly and helpful staff.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great rooms, a pool on the roof and walking distance to all the key activities in San Telmo (incl. the Sunday market).
Cons: Nothing
2.0 Mediocre
Cons: The airconditioning did not work all 3 days and was provided a temporary mobile unit. The shower was pathetic
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Lovely vibe with interesting artwork and great cafe

Cons: Nothing
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Very central hotel with a beautiful interior very close to the center
Cons: We tried to arrange for a remise service, better not to do it with this hotel. This took several times of contacting the property without swift reply. A real bummer was that they charged us double for the remise service ( we didn't see it on the bill immediately). So we paid the amount for two cars, and on the day we were leaving the remise didn't show. They arranged for a substitute quickly though.
6.0 Good
Pros: Roof top bar was very nice, friendly staff, good location.
Cons: We receive not inaccured room with queen bed.
4.0 Okay
Pros: Breakfast was good.
Cons: Desk ignores english emails (using google to translate the email to spanish before sending works). Gym and sauna are a bad joke. Gym consists of 6 machines and sauna ist just a cabin next to it, no separated facility. Could not open window in my room and heard guests in adjourning rooms.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is very close to the Casa Rosada. Cristian was very kind and organized me the airport transfer that could be paid at the hotel with credit card. The room was very comfortable and spatious. Breakfast was abundant. There is a small fitness area with gym and a dry sauna on the rooftop. In Europe, this hotel category is not easily affordable for me.
Cons: The bathroom was too cold. The dry sauna is operating only upon request. The balcony of the room is not accessible for the guests.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: They upgraded us to a room overlooking 9th july Avenue and we had a balcony. Location was great very central.
Cons: Decor in the bathroom was very dated and it looked shabby. They are having building work done so quite noisy early in the morning.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The pool & buffet breakfast were amazing! It was a chilly day in Buenos Aires so the indoor heated pool was very nice and I definitely put that to use. It is modern and clean and I enjoyed the cabanas and complimentary fresh juice. The view from the pool deck is outstanding! I thoroughly enjoyed the buffet breakfast. They offered a wide assortment. Best breakfast I have had during my stay in Argentina. The rooms are large and the beds are large and comfortable. I slept very well. I enjoyed the spa tubs and the bathrooms are very chic! Only issue was the faucet...a little quirky at times but nothing major to complain about. I enjoyed the hardwood flooring and felt very safe in my hotel room.
Cons: For a nice hotel like this one, they did not have hair dryers or converters. I would have been happy to pay for a converter if they offered one so it was a little annoying and a bit of a hassle to go out searching for one. I wasted about 45min of my time but eventually found one at a local market shop for very cheap.
7.4 Good
Pros: The mattress in our room could be replaced. It was like sleeping on a rolling slope of hills, basically it was lumpy. The breakfast was great the first day, however by the 5th day I was craving something else! Good selection of food, the scrambled eggs were runny. It's free so these are minor complaints. The hotel is right near the "obelisk." It's centrally located which makes it ideal. Quick cab rides to all the barrios.
7.5 Good
Pros: Good position friendly staff
Cons: Could do with a bit of tlc
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The staff were super friendly and accommodated us with an early check-in after an overnight flight. The gym was excellent if a little warm and the restaurant and breakfast spread was very good. Location is centrally good for exploring BA albeit not the most lively area...more central business and shopping.
Cons: Nothing springs to mind

Pros: 1. Professional welcome and check-in 2. Large rooms 3. Charm and history of hotel 4. Location 5. Frontdesk staff 6. Proactive spa staff looking to accommodate schedules
Cons: 1. Low energy lamps are ok, but they should choose to have a lightning that underlines the beauty of the hotel. Currently it's lightning is like in a hospital... 2. Breakfast area should be kept more tidier, when there are a lot of people. It was a bit messy.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: The Plaza is a wonderful piece of Argentina's history. Excellent location in the heart of the shopping district. Wonderful, friendly, attentive personnel. Their recommendation for the restaurant 'Las Nazarenas' was one of our highlights, fabulous!!!
Cons: It is a historic building, so there are some quirks, but in my opinion, well worth it. My only issue is that Wi-Fi should be included. However, it is for free in the lobby.

Cons: The check out process yesterday was appalling. One person on the desk with a big, big queue. They were trying hard but unable to process efficiently because of connectivity issue. Cons: Second time I've been at the hotel and again the cheki in and check out process is very very slowly. Im not sure if it is the staff or if it is the system itself. This is my only complain about the hotel and I leave this note as a suggestion for you to improve. but of course it is not something I would choose not staying there because of.

The stylish rooftop pool and chic roof terrace are the hotel’s most popular spots. From up here you can look across the whole city. Our 67 rooms are decorated with a premium designer look throughout – they come with hardwood flooring, soundproofed walls and big windows that let in lots of natural light. Our corner rooms have views of the city’s landmarks like Plaza de Mayo, Catedral Metropolitana and Cabildo. Downstairs you’ll find the classically decorated restaurant, serving international dishes and Argentinian favorites with a gourmet touch. Expect the tastiest steaks in the world – our country’s famous for them. The breakfast room gets lots of natural light and serves tasty hot menu options like sausages and eggs. Lots of guests come back just for our homemade pastries! We also have a 24-hour gym that is free to hotel guests.

Pros: The central location and the confortable large rooms. The possibility to take an excellent breakfast on the terrace outside or inside.
Cons: For some facilities (like Swimming pool), one needs to go to sister hotel (20meters further in the road). The bathroom washing table is inside the room, this is not always convenient.

Pros: We reached the Hotel on the first day of quarantine measures. The Reception team recommend us to rush for the airport. The best recommendation we could get. They ordered "the fastest taxi" of Buenos Aires. So we reache one hour (!) EZE before the last airplane of the day to Germany left - and we got the last two seats. Thanks to the fast reaction of the Reception team we are at home now, and not as many many other tourists lost in quaratine. Thanks so much for the super Reception team. We are very greatful and will stay at the Hotel on our next trip to BA.
