The hotel is very well located, a block from the water in the most attractive part of town.
Very tired decor and furnishing. Wifi only worked in the very small reception area. Breakfast is mediocre. Overall, poor value for the price we paid.

Great location. Good breakfast.
Checked into wrong room. Had to contact booking .com to get it changed as owners refused to. Staff unfriendly after this incident. Room very dated. Bathroom had terrible smell and noisy pipes. Mattress was very hard and uncomfortable.
