Great location near the beach and Vilamoura marina.

Poor air conditioning system in the room. Extra fee for gym usage.

Staff great and so helpful our checkin was greatv

Rooms small & pool was a sun trap and not heated the spa wasn’t of the standard of a 4 star pool was cold inside and it’s extra charge of 10€ gym wasn’t a gym fee treadmills

Overall we had a great stay, however this was ruined as I had English money taken from my backpack in the room which was very unnerving . I reported this to reception twice, who told me ‘staff had worked there for many years’. I would hate to ever think it had been taken but it had been and the staff at reception did not contact me to update me on the matter, even after I reported it twice. The response I got was very unsatisfactory. A bed side draw (luckily with nothing In it) was also open when we returned back from a day out, the room had been cleaned but the draw was open. We really liked this hotel and our stay but it was tarnished with these events and certainly unnerved us & made us very wary about the security of our possessions.
