Pros: Lovely old typically French house with lots of character.
Pros: Nice and relaxed atmosphere. Good food, both for dinner and breakfast. Clean an a beauty of a pool.
Cons: We booked a room for a fixed price. On the bill we had an extra bed for 10 E. Ok, there was an erxtra bed in the spacy appartment. I would have liked it, when the owner had prepared me at forehand. Its just a small point.
Pros: The welcome was exceptional, the host went out of her way to make us welcome. The accommodation was comfortable, clean and loved. Breakfast was good. Facilities exceptional, swimming pool, snooker room with whiskey bar, honesty fridge, library, dvds to borrow, bikes to hire. Amazing!
Cons: Everything was beyond our expectations.
Pros: The wiring is up to international standards, the property is laid out to give you peace and breakfast with other guests is a lovely touch. Our hosts were sensible and as we first met you could see he was thinking what we might want. Very impressive.
Pros: A very old, nicely restored building with many old fashioned details, which made our stay very interesting. The breakfast was a typical, good French one and a dinner with the owners and other hotel guests gave us a homely feeling.
Cons: Actually nothing, we found everything to our satisfaction.
Pros: Hosts lovely Pictures flattered properly Quirky but perhaps a bit overpriced
Cons: No lock on room door No bar or restaurant in village
Pros: We felt very welcome at this nicely restored house. Although the did not have the time to enjoy the pool or the library with pool table, the house is nicely decorated and has character. The owners are very friendly and do their best to make you feel at home. Meeting other guests during a home cooked dinner was great. It's a good starting point to visit the Canal Du Midi, the country side or Toulouse.
Cons: The little town itself has not a lot to offer.
Pros: Thd very large rooms and separate shower area to the toilet. The house is very quaint French provincial and the breakfast offered was superb
Cons: The creaky floors from the room above did interupt our sleep during the night from some late arrivals.
Pros: Lovely room, clean and facilities were great and owners were friendly and helpful
Pros: Good location near the Canal du Midi. Excellent for cyclists and pilgrims. Very friendly staff who willing to help you make the most of your stay.

Pros: Superb in every way. Reception, comfort, and the quality of food.
Pros: The restaurant.
Pros: We were walking the canal du midi and this was our first stop. ( and last stop as the heat was too fierce). This place was an oasis of comfort and outstanding cuisine. It is the only place in the village that was open. We had our own chalet, which was at the back of the restaurant and so the noise from the highway was not a problem. The food was superb and outstanding value. Very personable owner, who gave us advice as to how to catch buses, instead of walking.good air con, not so good wifi.
Cons: Attitude of one of the staff at breakfast. Not very attentive or helpful
Pros: the accommodation was separate units in the yard, it was a nice change from the usual hotel rooms. Staff were most helpful
Pros: Breakfast fine. Room ok and comfortable but no kettle etc

Pros: Room very clean and tidy.
Cons: No Air Conditioning in bedroom.
Pros: Set in a nice location just off the motorway, helpful staff and a nice breakfast
Pros: Useful location on the way to carcassonne
Cons: Breakfast was half finished by the time we got there
Pros: Nothing. Would never stay there again!
Cons: Air conditioning working, no bar, very noisy.
Pros: We stayed here as part of the cabal de midi trip. This chain of hotels as a reputation for truck stops but it was far better than that suggests. I loved the pool and it was very clean and had a separate very spacious restaurant area. It was quite
Cons: There was shelter area for bikes , which we used to store our bikes and it was partially hidden which was useful. very Clean and we had a good breakfast
Pros: We requested a large room with a walk in shower due to a leg problem and a recent ankle fracture. The hotel kindly sent an email confirming a disabled room on the ground floor for us, it was excellent and the wet room perfect I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel. The added bonus was the surrounding lake area and restaurant, Also the breakfast was although basic very pleasant.
Cons: The restaurant food has a bit of work to be done to bring it up to a higher standard, perhaps we were unlucky on the night we went the lamb steak was very nice but the accompanying chips and green beans seemed to have been just warmed up and served, disappointing but we would go again and give it another try.
Pros: A very comfortable, reasonably priced hotel, conveniently located near the vélo route.
Cons: No bar nearby.
Pros: Breakfast satisfactory, all rather impersonal and factorylike
Cons: Shower difficult to access, tiles needed regrouting, in some places black
Pros: Good value for money, close to great cafe 100 m away, good breakfast, bikes secured. Nice setting. This is a road stop but you wouldn't have thought so. Quiet and lots of green, lakes and boats. Terrific overnight stay
Cons: Liked it all
Pros: Comfortable bed, heater in room so we could dry wet clothes from rain as we had ridden bikes 45 km from Toulouse, restaurant nearby that we could walk to,continental breakfast 6-10
Cons: Arrived on bicycles very wet and early check in was not an option . Proprietor was unhelpful with regard to securing our bicycles . Breakfast was croissant and bread which did not appear to be fresh .There was no fruit . Generally we did not feel welcome or accommodated
Pros: Interesting decor, meals provided on premises, because no other real options in the village.
Cons: Expensive in comparison with other accommodation. Stucco stone floor in bathroom a mistake as painful underfoot. Food tasty but limited quantity - and expensive compared to restaurant prices even. Business is run to host’s rules, not guests’ comfort.
Pros: From the moment you arrive the host makes you feel at home .Whether or not you speak one word of French you feel totally relaxed in her company. La maison est magnifique ! The furnishings were of a classy French style . I arrived late and was told dinner would be served when I was ready The following day I missed an early train but the owner took me by car herself to the next train station . Pictures of the room don’t do enough justice and simply were the best pillows I ever slept on .
Cons: Nothing !
Pros: fantastic shower!
Cons: from the description, we thought it would be om a large property with a bit of space, but it was a [very nice] room in a house and because it was autumn and the pool was closed it was never indicated we could go outside. The evening meal wasn't available and the only place to get a meal in the small village was a pizza parlour. there was nowhere to buy a drink
Located in Vallegue, Chateau de Vallègue is in a rural location, within a 15-minute drive of Church of St. Felix and Saint-Felix-Lauragais Castle. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Chateau de vallegue is the most unusual and superb place. We enjoyed such genuine hospitality from our hosts and felt so relaxed after just 1 night . Bibi Vlade is the most excellent dog you will meet who takes his job of welcome committee very seriously when not asleep. From the collection of maybe 100 coffee grinders (owned by people who don't like coffee) to a toilet in a cupboard you will probably never stay anywhere quite like it ever again. We couldn't be more grateful for the chance to stay and will always remember the fun and warmth of the chateau.
Pros: Fabulous restored building and the property owners were charming and very welcoming
Pros: Brigitte and partner fantastic hosts. We are biking the Canal du Midi and had not anticipated the uphill ride at the end of a long day. The last thing we wanted to do was to have to bike the last leg again to get dinner. Nothing was too much trouble and they went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed including reserving a restaurant and ferrying us back and forth to dinner. Thanks Brigitte. My less than perfect score on location is related to biking - it's a fine location if travelling by car.

Pros: Bed was extremely comfy, and a good selection at breakfast
Cons: Its a low cost hotel and can't really fault it for anything.
Pros: Friendly staff. Good breakfast.
Pros: Good location
Cons: Restaurant not open. Air conditioning not working. There for had to have window open and traffic noisy. Have stayed there before but will not again
Pros: Lovely, clean hotel centrally located in the town. Staff friendly and helpful. Very good dinner in restaurant and reasonably priced. Would go back.
Pros: Restaurant was excellant
Cons: Access to room area had no security Could not access vehicle once restaurant had closed
Pros: Food in the restaurant. Staff tried hard.
Cons: No friendly bar to relax in. Very hot in restaurant. WiFi intermittent. Closed early 10pm.
Pros: Excellent Restaurant - classic French cuisine. Casoulet is house speciality
Pros: The evening meal and breakfast were great. It fitted our needs perfectly: parking, generous host, quiet street, good meals without going out....
Pros: Reasonably close to Canal du Midi if you’re cycling. Restaurant does good food including cassoulet. Breakfast was reasonable for the price. Aircon in room. Separate WC and shower room. Shed for bike lock-up.
Cons: Staff seemed a little abrupt on our check-in, but then we don’t speak good French. The restaurant was closed on a Saturday evening and there are limited options in the town.
Cons: Bed was somewhat soft. Would have liked some healthy options at breakfast such as muesli rather than cornflakes.
