Cons: Seats, complimentary food, timing of flight

Pros: Flight once it got to Edmonton was ok

Cons: Communications with travelers...5 hour delay! Meal vouchers were given with only one restaurant open and maxed out on space and good items...just a bad situation.

Pros: That it was cheap when we booked it online.

Cons: Apparently it wasn’t that cheap of a flight after all. We had to pay for our luggage instead of a carry on. And the plane was empty not full with passengers. That to us was a ripoff. Don’t Deceive passengers to fly cheap with you when you’ll make them pay you for carry on when it’s not needed.

Pros: Non-stop flights from YYZ to MCO and vice versa

Cons: No snacks Poor entertainment They weigh all hand carry items even backpacks No web check-in therefore no free seat selection

Pros: Staff in Antigua were friendly and helpful.

Cons: Flight delay - but I didn't get a notice before arriving to the airport. I was offered expressed check-in since my luggage was lost on my arrival, but by the time they identified me to do so, it didn't make much difference in terms of my wait time. No gate arranged/available on arrival to Toronto, so we waited even longer again on the flight.

Pros: Friendly crew, efficient operation.

Cons: No phone chargers, tight seating, not obvious how to raise arm rests, second movie was very dumb ( bird watching).

Pros: Great flight. Smooth and comfortable!

Pros: The flight wasn’t full, and we travelled with a lap infant - we really appreciated that they blocked off row for us.

Cons: The food is a scam. It’s overpriced, made poorly, and it’s the only option if you didn’t pack anything onto the plane with you.

Pros: It was a huge plane, normally on my trips from Toronto to Calgary its a six seater plane. I really enjoyed it being and 11 seater per row, with more leg room, a window seat, and no one in the seat beside me! Made for a much more comfortable experience. Was not what I expected for the price I paid for it. Was very please by that.

Cons: Terrible boarding process

Pros: Crew was amazing, personable,joked around. I though boarding would take forever but very smooth.

Cons: Honestly...being stuffed in like sardines ....it is getting worse. maybe the older I get the more I see it....but its so uncomfortable. I think the old days were much better!
