Pros: The friendliness of the staff, even those who weren't speaking English, everything was just perfect! Highly recommend, amazing room, beautiful area to spend a little time.
Cons: There was no such thing.
Pros: Excellent food in the restaurant great value all round It’s in a small but picturesque village Very happy with my stay
Pros: ROOM, LOCATION, CLEAN ROOM, GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY
Cons: Having to leave
Pros: Friendly staff and great breakfast!
Pros: Quality of food was great.
Cons: Staff was expected to be hearty, I'd rather say rushy, apologetically adding that it was Christmas time....
Pros: Lovely greeting on arrival , the man spoke very good English and had a great sense of humour. Bedroom and bathroom were lovely and spacious with lots of nice homely touches. Lucky enough to sit in the beer garden with superb views. Evening meal was not only delicious but extremely large portions. Breakfast selection was the best I have seen, and also served me with hot scrambled eggs and even offered bread rolls for our onward journey. This was not an expensive hotel but the service and quality surpassed many more expensive ones we have visited in the past . We will definitely return
Cons: Absolutely nothing
Pros: Nice restaurant, nice suite and nice welcoming staff
Pros: Breakfast was great! Rooms were very spacious and the balcony was an added bonus. Great wifi access.
Pros: Wow! What a great place. Amazing accommodation, comfortable beds, good sized rooms and gracious hosts. Dinner was exceptional value for money and delicious. We could hardly move! Breakfast was also outstanding for choice and amount. Thank you, we will be back.
Pros: Simply phenomenal. Anyone who badly evaluates anything here is malicious or used to 5 star hotels.

Pros: The bedroom was really lovely, and the bed was nice and comfortable, which after a long journey meant a lot.
Cons: We were only at this hotel for one night, and we had no problems at all.
Pros: Nice, clean full of spirit ❤️ place in the nature. Breakfast was really well chosen and good. I loved it, and would love to spend few days here.
Located in Bad Hoenningen, Hotel St. Pierre is on a river, within a 15-minute drive of Wiedtalbad and Burg Namedy. Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, dry cleaning/laundry services, and multilingual staff. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Hotel St Pierre is a great place to stay. The hotel is super clean, breakfast is amazing and location is excellent - close by the Rhein and many restaurants around. Thumbs up for the owner who gave us great tips for hiking in the surrounding area.
Cons: Nothing at all
Pros: We stayed here for 3 nights and it was a very welcome place to be. The room was bigger than we had thought (more like a little apartment) and was comfortable and very clean. Plenty of storage space and the bathroom was sparkling!! Located in a small town, near a railway track we were surprised how quiet it was. Breakfasts were lovely and staff we met were extremely helpful and welcoming, helping us identify places to eat or shops to buy food / snacks etc. On our first evening we had amazing pizzas at a little place near the river, not far from the big spa pool in the town. The eaterie we went too looked a little dull from the outside but go on in and you'll find a friendly outside eating space with views of the river. We really enjoyed the individual teapots at breakfast with their little nightlight warmers :)
Cons: There wasn't anything we didn't like.
Pros: Breakfast was fine and the room was clean but at the end of the day this is a three star hotel with no pretensions to be anything other than that. It's fine but not great.
Cons: The room was warm but with the window open you could hear trains passing at regular intervals through the night. Our "garden view" room looked over what was effectively a car park.
Pros: Staff was very nice and the bathroom was small but very nicely updated. The hotel has been updated inside as well. Just need new carpet and decor in room.
Cons: The parking lot and smoking area right outside window. Carpet in room needs to be updated.
Pros: Very pleasant hotel, with friendly staff.
Pros: Very clean, comfortable and quite
Pros: Wonderful host.
Pros: The Hotel St Pierre is less than an hour on a direct train from Cologne Bonn Airport. Situated in a beautiful part of the country only a hop, skip and a jump from the Rhine, popular with walkers. Stayed four nights. I can't praise the staff / owners highly enough. Markus was the perfect host and Jenny went above and beyond when my 7 year old daughter got a fever... I was on my own in the area to visit my son who had been airlifted to hospital in Neuwied after an accident.. She got me paracetamol for the wee one and helped me contact the hospital to let intensive care know that my son may have been exposed to something. I have never been in Germany before, and finding this hotel was a godsend. I fell in love with this part of the world. I hope to return under better circumstances and would definitely choose to stay here. I highly recommend breakfast. Oh, and the Reisling from the minibar is lovely. The Hotel couldn't have been cleaner, it's modern, room service was regular and attentive, and being able to step out the door and be on the banks of the Rhine was such a bonus. If you choose to go here, good choice!
Cons: They do an amazing breakfast with a posh breakfast tea included, I missed a Tetley T Bag!
Pros: Great location and spotless, staff were fantastic and friendly. Very helpful with instructions for food and drinks. Breakfast was very good

Pros: A slight issue was resolved with professionalism by the staff. Even our spontaneous decision to have breakfast was met with friendliness and eagerness to please. Can highly recommend staying here!
Pros: Great dinner and breakfast and nice wellness area
Cons: All good!
Pros: Window open possibility, good bed, adequate shower, silent room.
Pros: We arrived late evening after a long drive and the staff could not have been more welcoming and helpful.
Pros: Good restaurant, quiet area. A nearby village had some shops and a nice cafe so it was a perfect, peaceful escape from the Autobhan.

Featured amenities include complimentary wired Internet access, multilingual staff, and luggage storage. Guests may use a train station pick-up service for a surcharge, and free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Great location, awesome playground, good good, excellent staff. A very enjoyable place great for the adults and kids.
Pros: Great hotel. Great location.
Pros: Very nice location, restaurant, room and breakfast also very good!
Cons: A lot of flies in the hotel / restaurant.
Pros: The location is lovely and the grounds outside are well kept. Beautiful riverside property with lots of potential. Really liked the location and the feel of the entrance and restaurant. There was a kind gentleman in the restaurant area keen to assist and very friendly (not sure whether he was a guest or live-in assistant?)
Cons: There was mold in the shower (that I'm allergic to) and my bed had hairs in them - I don't mind small hairs here and there, but I'm really not sure whether the beds had been changed. For the money we paid, I would expect better. Rooms had charm and were dated (which I don't mind) however there is no excuse for lack of cleanliness.
Pros: Room was spacious but décor somewhat tired. Food in restaurant was very good and it was lovely having a beer in the sun on the terrace beside the river. (View is somewhat marred by a caravan site opposite) Most staff were friendly and helpful.
Cons: We had to wait for 10 minutes before someone came to reception to check us in and then we had to wait while two bikers who weren't staying asked a lot of questions. Towels were thin and frayed at the edges. Bed too worn, soft and not supportive. There was a hole in my sheet. Restaurant was incredibly noisy - it needs some sound absorption material on the ceiling.
Pros: Beautiful location, comfortable bed, very good breakfast, nice restaurant, friendly owners
Pros: Superior room was excellent with great views over the valley. Lovely balcony and very comfortable bed. Breakfast and dinner selection, and quality of food was excellent - really good coffee! Lots of parking. Beautiful countryside and excellent trail / road running route. Stunning location.
Cons: We were a group of 8 friends attending a nearby event, and it would have been nice to have had somewhere to sit all together of an evening and have a quiet drink and a chat after the day's events and the bar seemed to close quite early. There didn't seem to be a residents' lounge area, particularly.
Pros: Location Overall comfortable stay
Cons: The towels were very very old and with stains. We ended up using our own towels.
Pros: Nice hotel with wonderful river view. There is one river called wied in front of hotel. You could enjoy the view when eat breakfast. We like this place very much. Very quite, clean and staff are very kind.
When you stay at Hotel Wiedfriede in Dattenberg, you'll be on a river, within a 5-minute drive of Wied and Oil Mill. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Guests may use a train station pick-up service for a surcharge, and free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Good secure parking for motorcycles
Pros: A wonderful leisure spot in a beautiful natural area. It included a great breakfast and the evening menu is also great. I have stayed here many times and the staff and service are excellent. I look forward to returning.
Pros: Nice location, a bit outdate rooms but everything was working, reception of wifi is not optimal.
Pros: Good place, good nature, pleasant people. Great for vacation.
Cons: Internet was awful. Enough for texting, no chance for VoIP (FaceTime/viber/whatsapp) calls, even in audio mode.
Pros: A bit far from Bonn. Lovely wooded and beautiful surroundings. Excellent breakfast. Good food.
Pros: Fantastic location, with lots of accessible walks, quiet, excellent dinner menu and buffet breakfast spread
Cons: Staff were a little stand-off ish
Located in Neustadt, Dreischläger Hof is in the suburbs, within a 10-minute drive of Katholische Pfarrkirche St. Petrus and Oil Mill. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. This hotel has 2 meeting rooms available for events. Free self parking is available onsite.
Cons: No heating in bathroom very cold but for one night it was ok.
Pros: Good location along autobahn.
Cons: Very old fashioned, smoking allowed in dining room, thin & old towels, uncomfortable bed & too thin curtains
Pros: We stayed here in March 2019 as a convenient stop off between Morzine and Amsterdam, it is about 2/3 of the way to Amsterdam. We had a dog with us, which they were happy to take. It is a family run hotel, in the same family for generations. We speak no German, but their English was sufficient for us to get by. We had a delicious dinner, too much for us to eat, and an extensive breakfast buffet was available too. Our bedroom was spacious and comfortable, albeit 2 floors up with no lift. I had been concerned that, being close to the autobahn, there would be traffic noise, but it was no problem. There is lots of free parking outside. It was very easy and quick to find, only 5 minutes from the motorway junction.
Cons: The breakfast tea was very weak, but the coffee was excellent.
Pros: Location was quiet. Slept like I died.
Cons: No one there when we got there at 6pm, paperwork said 5 to 10pm. Had to get a local to call them. All he did was enter a code to get our key. They could have provided instructions on how to do this after booking was confirmed.
Pros: The host was a nice person, and the breakfast was decently.
Cons: It doesn't smells nice inside the room, and the furniture looks old.
Pros: We arrived later than we hoped because of nightmare traffic at 11pm but this was no problem.
Cons: I booked a triple room for me and my son so we'd have more space and privacy. But we were given the keys to an inferior double room but still charged for the triple room! When I said we should pay the lesser price for the double rooms I was told we still had to pay for the triple room as it had been booked through booking.com which charged them 15%. I feel I was ripped off.
Pros: Triple bedroom was very big with own kitchenette, dining table and sofa. View was very nice.
Cons: No wifi, staff can’t speak English
The Park-Hotel is an ideal spot for travelers wanting to discover the city. At the end of a busy day, travelers can unwind and relax in the hotel or go out and enjoy the city.
Pros: There is an elevator and the breakfast buffet was very abundant in variety. The personnel is helpful and friendly.
Pros: Reasonable breakfast
Cons: Arrived by car at 21-50 and was spotted by a member of staff who was driving in the same area, I think she recognised the English number plate, we had telephoned the hotel earlier to tell them we would arrive late because of a 3 hour delay caused by a motorway accident. We followed her to the hotel which appeared to be almost completely in darkness. She unlocked the door and showed us where a lift was. She went up one flight of stairs and my wife and I carried our luggage in the lift. We were given a room key, which was also the front door key and she gave us a verbal description of the rooms location before saying she was going home, which she did. There were no contactable staff and we could not purchase either food or drink. God only knows what would have happened if an emergency had occurred.
Pros: Perfect location for the Spa and walks by the river. Friendly staff and a very nice breakfast.
Located in Neustadt, Motel Fernthal is in the suburbs, within a 15-minute drive of St. Antonius Kirche and Evangelische Pfarrkirche. Featured amenities include a computer station, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and a 24-hour front desk. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Staff wee extremely rude!
Pros: Location good
Cons: the staff at reception didn't speak English they looked at the printed booking and then teared it up but still booked us in, the room were ok apart from the people in the room next door they were up till 2.00 am in the morning talking and making a lot of noise, couldn't sleep , no good getting in touch with reception they can't speak English.
Pros: Location is very convenient；view from balcony to see the land was beautiful.
Cons: Smoke smell in the room and the door key was broken.
Cons: No toilet paper, bad smell in the room, the room we booked was not available...
Pros: The bed was comfortable and the motel was set back from the motorway so you didn't hear the sound of traffic.
Cons: There was no WIFI, The TV was one of those old deep backed TV's from the 80's and the decor of the room desperately needs an update. The rolls in the restaurant for breakfast were very poor and definitely not fresh as it seems is the breakfasts in all motel's in Germany I have stayed in recently.
Pros: Easy access from motorway
Cons: When you leave the next morning you have to go down a road which says no entry this is a bit confusing for traffic coming the other way in the hotel they say this is ok
Cons: parking of car
Cons: Food was pretty awful no variety and breakfast was very poor with no variety room very basic and out on the patio area really dirty
