Perfect for north/south stop over but miles better than motorway hotels. Friendly staff, value for money . Very clean and comfortable. Lovely views from the window. Watched the sunrise from my bed
The food was very poor though I understand this may have been partly due to limited staff/supplies. Wallpaper peeling off in room
The service in the hotel
The location is great for walkers and visiting Kenilworth and Warwick. Our room was spacious and clean. It overlooked a field and we could hear larks singing. Exceptionally friiendly and helpful staff.
room was clean and tidy. bathroom was clean and tidy......
coffee tray was a bit sparse. bedside units were a bit wobbly.
The staff, especially Cherry on reception, were excellent.
The interior of the rooms were in need of refurbishment. Domestic staff had to be chased up to service my room.
