Hotels near Washington Capitals vs. Detroit Red Wings

Pros: Free alcohol and snacks! They don't skimp on drinks - you get a full water bottle, full can of soda, fairly large glass of wine, full can of beer - whatever you choose. Crew was extremely pleasant, kind and helpful.

Cons: Planes were small propeller planes. Not a bad thing, just not my first choice.

Pros: Nothing

Cons: Delayed by an hour. And no functioning toilet.

Cons: Treated rudely and arbitrarily at check-in; charged extra baggage fees not previewed in reservation receipt and not charged in intial leg; flight itself left and arrived more than 2 hours late. This whole experience sucked.

Cons: Flight was delayed by 35 mins

Cons: Despite one piece of carry on per passenger they run out of overhead space. The boarding process is unbelievably slow. Far too many with no apparent reason to pre-board are allowed to pre-board . Wanted to buy food were nearly out of any of the choices by row 34 so no food 5:36 minute flight ridiculously poor planning in my opinion. Very little leg room as configured.

Pros: Flight was delayed for 2 hours with no compensation

Cons: The controls for entertainment are on the arm rest so next passenger always hitting volume and channels

Cons: For paying for a business ticket and to be offered a bag of potato chips is unacceptable though I did have a few alcohol drinks. Seats were also well worn.

Pros: Seats were comfy. Crew outside was helpful, i suggest AC have some men to lift suitcases from scale to belt and not have these women who r checking ppl in have to struggle to life suitcases frim scale ti belt-why aren’t men there to assist? AC need to provide some assistance in this regard. in-fight crew was plain and ordinary, nothing to write home about. Not friendly, just do what “we are here to do” period!

Cons: I have given reviews on so many occasions to improve the airline but nothing got better

Pros: Flight was on time and clean.

Cons: They missed by special meal once.

Cons: Plane was many hours late. Departure time not on terminal screen. Extreeeme delay on shuttle from United terminal. Sidewalk closed for construction. TSA Prechk not on boarding pass printout. No shuttle behind security from Term B to Term A. Plane left earlier than announced on notification apps. DCA website=6:25pm Final call at 5:47pm only word DELAY on term screen with 4:10time.

Cons: More leg room More gluten free food options

Cons: They lost my bags. Unacceptable

Pros: The delta checkin desk were exceptional.

Pros: Crew was great, check in was fast. Overall great experience.

Cons: Flight delayed 3 hours, then a seats were very cramped and uncomfortable
