Pros: Complimentary refreshment during layover.

Cons: Flight delayed without informing the estimated time of delay. Confusing boarding time and gate number.

Cons: Treated rudely and arbitrarily at check-in; charged extra baggage fees not previewed in reservation receipt and not charged in intial leg; flight itself left and arrived more than 2 hours late. This whole experience sucked.

Pros: very professional and great attitude

Pros: There was nothing I did not like about this flight. The crew was great, very friendly and got me to my destination as they said they would. No complaints.

Cons: Little planes need an interior restoration to make them look better.

Pros: While i normally fly AA i gave United a try & my flight to Austin was surprisingly comfortable & enjoyable. The trip back was another story. Seated between two very nice but 250lb people who spilled over into my seat. The Entertainment channel was best part of trip and that was uneven.

Cons: Incredibly uncomfortable. Inedible food that I had to pay for was another frustration. We had a 45 min flight delay. At that point food should be gratis. A good opportunity to create loyalty was squandered. Complete lack of awareness about human essentials.

Cons: If the airlines was able to help finding my pierce that was missed at the security or the craft

Pros: Smooth flight!

Cons: AC lost one of our suitcases and it did not arrive until late afternoon of the next day. Filled out a missing luggage report.

Cons: Everything from customer service to flight.

Cons: Late departure as YVR would not allow us to land due to weather. Late arrival as YVR would not allow us to land as too many flights in the pattern.

Pros: There was enough leg room and boarding was done reasonably quickly.

Cons: The flight was delayed by 15 minutes without explanation.

Pros: On time, service was good

Cons: Food, I can't understand why the main course has such a poor taste and looks like it was eaten before.

Pros: Calm and safe, just like I like it.

Cons: Delta flies a lot of the CRJ planes, even on relatively longer trips. Traveling first class, the seats are a little wider than in coach and have a little more leg room, but calling it "first class" is a bit of an exaggeration. It's more like what coach used to be before the days of the flying sardine cans.
