Pros: Easy airport

Pros: On time, no issues, good staff

Cons: I've flown Porter every week for the past 3 months and this was the first bad experience I've had. The flight attendant was the rudest person and treated me with the most disrespect. He should take off two weeks and then quit, has given this great airline a bad reputation.

Pros: Porter is a generous and comfortable airline, with kind and helpful staff.

Cons: It might have been the weather, but both flights were extremely turbulent during landing.

Pros: Nothing really

Cons: The gate person could have put a gate check tag on my wife’s carry-on that she (gate agent) insisted we check at the gate so that we could have collected it at our next destination gate. It had keys and medication in it. The Toronto gate agent just had the worst ’don't give a crap’ attitude that I have seen in a long time.

Cons: Late crew caused delays

Pros: Business class amenities

Cons: Luggage drop off taking over 45 minutes (for Business Class) was not acceptable.

Pros: The in flight movie options were great, and the food and beverages were good.

Cons: There was cold air blowing on our feet the entire flight.

Cons: it took a very long time for take off, and de freezing. That should have been done prior because it made our flight very late arriving in toronto

Cons: Again, more delays.

Cons: We were told to check in via the electronic procedure and wait for our name to be listed on a board.. After waiting an hour and a half we were finally directed to the United counter and were able to complete the transfer and go to the gate.

Pros: The delta checkin desk were exceptional.

Cons: Not delayed

Cons: Great crew and flight! Cheers!

Cons: Terrible late. Kept getting delayed then finally took off and lost cabin pressure. Had to circle back and land. I finally gave up on the flight and rented a car to drive to Fort Wayne.
