Pros: Book with trust.
Pros: I was able to stay alone
Pros: Absolutely wonderful! The hostess is a very lovely woman, friendly and helpful. The room was perfect, bathroom as well! Mattress was good, and breakfast was more than adequate
Cons: Wifi didn't work for most of the evening but this may have been due to a big thunderstorm that engulfed the town
Pros: Beautiful setting, friendly hosts, nice bed room. Highly recommend.
Pros: Return visit and it was every bit as good as we remembered. Lovely host, comfortable, exceptionally clean room and beautifully refurbished ensuite. Fantastic breakfast. We wanted to stay longer, but they were fully booked. Great value for money. We will be back.
Pros: My only issues are, the reception. Where was it? We walked around the building wanting to check in. The other issue is on Booking.com this us a room with air conditioning, and there wasn't. I had brought my own fan because the room was just air dead. But this was it. A great hotel. We will stay here again.
Pros: Owner was very pleasant, room was perfect (clean, equipment new). Parking was a little complicated, but after our arrival the owner replaced his own car and we could park inside their garage. Breakfast was absolutely sufficient. We were very satisfied.
Pros: Friendly welcome and parking for motorcycles in the garage. Terrace with seating outside. Good pub with small food menu opposite. Very nice breakfast.

Pros: The view, the location, the property and the hospitality.

This charming hotel is situated in Jerzens. There are a total of 42 guests rooms at Hotel Alpina Resort. Visitors will not be bothered during their stay, as this is not a pet-friendly property.
Pros: Everything, beautiful location, facilities and lovely food
Pros: Despite the late arrival (due to heavy traffic) they still prepared us a nice cold dinner & were very welcoming.
Pros: Fantastic food, really friendly and helpful staff. This hotel was fantastic value for money.
Pros: - Good Value/Money - Nice room with nice view from balcony + clean + very roomy - Nice people
Cons: - There was no explanation in English about anything. Apparently there were 2 houses with 1 family sauna and 1 adult sauna. I went to the family one because I couldn't understand German. Too bad :(
Pros: Very friendly owners. We asked them to have breakfeast before the scheduled time (07.30) - there wasn't any problem with that and it really very good. Nice, spacious room.
Pros: Friendly staff, breakfast
Cons: Not working wifi on 3rd floor, very old TV with 1 channel :)
Pros: Very good breakfast and dinner, very friendly staff, big room with balcony with nice view and bath (very pleasant after skyiing all day!!)
Cons: very soft pillows- we used blanket instead, sometimes it was little bit cold in room
Pros: Rooms are really clean and spacious- I agree that the breakfast is a real highlight! Staff were really friendly and helpful.
Cons: First impressions outside made it look a bit tatty - seat covers on pallets, signage etc but scratch beyond some of the cosmetic things and it’s a great little place. We decided not to have dinner and it’s a little remote from other options but it’s ok if you know that in advance.
Pros: Breakfast was ideal. Very friendly host in a fabulous location.
Cons: Nothing was wrong with the stay. Everything was perfect.

Pros: Good breakfast. Nice employees. Free parking.
Cons: Near a noisy and steep street, you can hear the cars and especially their engines as they go up. Owner a little bit sour, for unknown reasons. Old and not so good furniture. Small room. Not truly a family hotel.
Pros: Very good breakfast
Cons: No air conditioning
Pros: The room was much bigger than I expected, and it also had a nice, spacious balcony. Parking is very easy. Breakfast is OK. Staff is nice
Cons: For correctness I have to mention that this was not my intended accommodation. The hotel I had originally booked was unreachable as the road was closed due to avalanche danger, so I had to book something on the spot and this was one of the only hotels that had a free room. I would have most likely not chosen this hotel if I had the choice. This being said, I think the location of the hotel is not ideal for people looking to ski. The closest ski area, Hochzeiger, is in fact a good 15 min driving, although there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel, so you don't necessarily have to use your car. However, there are hotels much closer to the lifts. The ski room was overrun with strollers , and there was only space to dry two pairs of boots on the heaters. As the name of the hotel suggests, this is a hotel for kids. If you're not someone with young kids or babies, and if you want to ski, I would suggest going somewhere else.
