Check-in and Checkout were super easy. It was self-checkout, so all I had to do was drop my key in a box outside the office and I was on my way. The room was clean and bigger than I expected. I loved that there was a restaurant across the street as well.
On the morning of checkout, I was unable to shower because I had absolutely no hot water. I tried to let the water run but it only got colder. I was surprised because the day before I had warm water. Also, the pillows are super soft and I needed to stack them to get the equivalent of one pillow. Also, (not the fault of the property) the couple next door to me got into a huge fight around 1 am and woke me out of a sound sleep. The walls are thin.

Affordable price for perfectly acceptable accommodation. Restaurant across the street was excellent and the access off the Highway was easy.
Only 2 small pillows on a king size bed, needed 2 more and the toilet paper was terrible.
