Horrible experience

Breakfast was ok

Hotel beds were very uncomfortable, we has 3 rooms and stayed 3 night. None of the rooms were cleaned not even one time, even after tagging the rooms with maid service required sign. I myself had to go down the help desk to get toliet paper and towels for all three rooms and delivered them myself to each room. Air conditioning was not working in one of the rooms, front desk was notified but was never serviced or fixed. This was for sure my WORST experience ever. Would not recommend this hotel at all. Staff/manager instead of giving an apology they wanted us my family and the other two families to check out of the hotel.

Good price, good location, nice and basic rooms.

Advertised breakfast, had a breakfast room but neither day we were there did they have breakfast. Sat am the front desk worker was trying to put something together as apparently the breakfast person hadn't shown up. The bothersome thing, though, was that there was even less offered on Sun am. Management should have put something together, even if they had to come in themselves, by that time.

Under construction during stay, no warnings or anything when hotel was booked. Housekeeping would not come when we put sign out. Even though we were gone all day.
