Cons: no TSA precheck

Pros: Excellent. Polite service, free (and tasty) food + beverages, (dry and otherwise) comfortable seats, other customers polite, bilingual announcements, fast + efficient. Really impressed! Good price too.

Cons: Nothing, really! No in-flight entertainment besides a magazine, but all short flights anyway.

Cons: If Porter was a budget airline the dreadful customer service might be partially understood, but it's not. Somebody needs to put passenger considerations into operational planning for situations where travel plans are disrupted, especially when they are because of mechanical or airline problems.

Pros: Free bar nuts while delayed 10 hours

Cons: Kicked us out of the airport when connection cancelled, NEVER fly Porter!!!! The horror stories are true as could be

Cons: Seats rows were narrow with just enough leg room. Very confining and uncomfortable. Our row did not recline as we were in front of the exit row. Luckily, the person in front of me did not recline their seat back.

Cons: Cannot gauge if carry-on would fit into overhead No entertainment

Pros: Accommodating a lot more than American Airlines.

Pros: The crew was lovely and friendly, very pleasant to fly with.

Cons: Not a fan that I was seated between 2 men I did not know which made me uncomfortable enough that I couldn't sleep at all during my red eye.

Pros: The flight attendants have so much patience, it’s amazing. Because passengers are idiots.

Cons: Do you really need to charge every person to pick their seat?

Cons: Entertainment system malfunctioned constantly

Cons: Hard landing on arrival in Philadelphia.

Pros: The price of the ticket was great.

Cons: The flight was crowded, no overhead bin space from passengers putting coats and jackets in the bin instead of under their seats. I was in the middle seat between two large men breathing down on me while they slept. It was a nightmare. On a flight that long the seats shouldn’t be that close in proximity nor should larger passengers be allowed to sit in seats too small for their body type. That’s not discrimination that’s logical.

Pros: Fast boarding, flight relatively smooth, got to my destination pretty quickly as well.

Pros: Everything was on time considering the heavy Holidays travels.
