Pros:The girl at the front desk was amazing. She went above and beyond the call of duty to help my mother-in-law book a room. She even treated us to little goody bags. The breakfast was awesome too! Great spread!
Pros:Clean and inviting.
Cons:The hot tub broke the last day we stayed.
Pros:The staff is wonderful. When you first walk in the hotel it smells clean. The beds are actually one of the best I have slept on.
Pros:Very clean room, with small refrigerator and microwave. We slept well, and had a good, included breakfast.
Cons:When checking in, my wife's credit card was charged/reserved $30. for snacks we did not use. When we checked out, it seemed quite difficult for the desk clerk to print/write a paper saying that we did not buy any snacks. There was a pick up truck with dual rear wheels parked overnight in the front parking area, and hogging two parking spaces. This extra wide truck should have parked in the rear area since it is so wide.
Pros:The AC in our room didn't work great the first night. We reported it the next morning as we were leaving for the day. By the time we got back to our room, the AC had been fixed and was working very well!
