Pros: Pricing is great

Cons: Seats, complimentary food, timing of flight

Pros: That it was cheap when we booked it online.

Cons: Apparently it wasn’t that cheap of a flight after all. We had to pay for our luggage instead of a carry on. And the plane was empty not full with passengers. That to us was a ripoff. Don’t Deceive passengers to fly cheap with you when you’ll make them pay you for carry on when it’s not needed.

Pros: Flight once it got to Edmonton was ok

Cons: Communications with travelers...5 hour delay! Meal vouchers were given with only one restaurant open and maxed out on space and good items...just a bad situation.

Pros: Staff was very nice

Cons: Flight delayed, again. Blankets smelled molding or worse.

Cons: Old Aircraft, no power outlets, small TV displays, picture distorted, low quality LCD, mediocre Entertainment menu

Pros: There were only snacks, no setback entertainment

Cons: Add a meal and seatback entertainment

Pros: Not much. Cheese plate was ok.

Cons: Felt like a sardine. Knees were up against the seat I front fighting for elbow space with person in the middle. Worse seating than Ryanair in Europe.

Pros: The crew was very kind.

Cons: Th plain boarding took much longer, we flew in circles above JFK, waited for a gate for us, then waited for all passengers with connecting flights to get off because we were late and that resulted in a VERY long process for the rest of us. The descent into the airport was also not the smoothest, but it was a smaller plane.

Pros: Nothing about this airline. Will avoid flying through Delta if they allow their team to lie to their passengers. Both land crew and onboard crew were disrespectful to their passengers.

Cons: agent boarding delayed boarding because she wanted everyone to check their bags. A flight that was leaving 2 minutes later than our flight started boarding before our plane. It wasn't that the 2 planes arrived at different times. The agent was just horrible. In the end, she lied to the passengers that there were no overhead space left. When I went to get my seat, most of the overhead space was empty!! I had to check-in my bag and my bag was damaged by the delta crew.

Cons: Business class for 4.5hrs overnight without flat seats!! Zero entertainment!

Cons: Had paid for main cabin extra but saw other regular coach passengers using up overhead space in section. Other American flights have monitored this to save space for extra fare passengers.

Cons: More luggage space and plugs on the plane to charge devices

Pros: Absolutely nothing good to say.

Cons: My initial flight on 17 Jan was cancelled due to plane issues and then was rebooked on a flight 48 hrs later. I was not offered a complimentary hotel stay or meals since it was their fault u was stuck. Horrible experience.
