The receptionist even came to the room to explain the Heating system which he had tried to get us to understand earlier but obviously realised we were not that technically minded!

5.4 Okay
Pros: Bed was very comfortable.
Cons: It is in an ugly industrial area. Ridiculously inflated price 95euro for a room that does not even have a fridge, and hotel does not even have a drink machine so when bar next door is closed have to go up into the old town for a cold drink. Breakfast advertised until 11am but at 10.30 there was a couple of slices of ham and cheese for 3 tables, and hard bread for toasting. Hotel had no program for the festival so by the time we found the tourist office for a program we missed a couple of good events. Requested high floor and got lowest 1st floor.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Parador de Zamora is set in an old palace right on the main square. It is in wonderful shape and furnished according to a "palace" style. Although parking was nearby the concierge said it was confusing so he parked our car for us. We took an upgrade and fully enjoyed a large room with a canopied bed, sitting area and window over the main square. I thoroughly enjoyed exploring the different atmospheric common areas as well. The town is walk-able with an old church (alas closed when we were there), the ruins of a castle which we were able to walk around, and numerous restaurants. There is a wonderful museum with the religious floats used during their famous Holy Week parades. They are amazing.
Cons: Finding the parador was a little difficult (as it was with most of the paradors) but worth it. They were setting up the main square for a market the next day. I would have loved to stay for it but retrieving our car during the market would have been a problem so we left before it started.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Large comfortable bedroom, historic ambience, convenient for oldvtown.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Splendid old building, typical parador. Regrettably our ferry was very late, so we didn't arrive in time for dinner - but breakfast was excellent. The room was large and comfortable - good bathroom. Front desk very helpful in finding us parking nearby (garage was full, but we parked at the back of the hotel easily for 2 euros!). Location very convenient - a short walk took you along pedestrianised streets to shops, and this is a charming old city. We used it only as a one night stop en route to Portugal, and would certainly do so again.
Cons: Nothing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A fantastic building in a fabulous situation.
6.3 Good
Pros: Nice place clean and centr
Cons: Parking is a. Issue breakfast good selection but all so called English breakfast were stone cold
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Large comfortable room in a stunning hotel with beautiful antique details. Loved the copper and ceramic pots!
Cons: The temperature in the large corridors was too low (November)

Pros: Very helpful staff and just 5 minutes from the Plaza Mayor.
Cons: Nothing at all. Excellent staff. (The recepionist even came outside and helped me to find a space to park!

Pros: Very good facilities in a quiet neighborhood very close to the old town. Very friendly staff. We had breakfast and it was OK.
Cons: The WiFi was not working perfectly in the bedroom.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Cafeteria down stair did a good breakfast.
Cons: Parking the car as always been an issue on our tour. Although we were lucky to park the car outside the Hotel we had our concerns but the staff informed us that it was ok.
7.0 Good
Pros: The hotel is very near the center, there is cafe next to the reception, and a supermarket next door. Room was comfy.
Cons: On arrival the elderly man at the reception was very rude. Not just to us, but also to a family before us. He wasn't happy with their request and swore couple of times. When I was about to check in, he just abruptly finish conversation and without any apology he answered the phone. Then he forgot my name again. Not a great first impression. On the other hand the young man who was on the night shift was very welcoming and answered all my questions.

3.3 Mediocre
Pros: Not a lot in fact nothing
Cons: Well the owners were very arrogant to start off with and even raised there voices. The room felt like it was in the middle of the corridor and we heard every movement from all other hotel guests didn’t sleep at all. We went downstairs for breakfast and again the owners were arrogant and even though we left a tip for breakfast they charged us €2 for 2 little bottles of water as just up the road we got a large bottle for just 83cents. The bed was hard and you just had to move and the bed moved also. Only 1pillow which was very uncomfortable and lots of noise from outside. Not once did we see the owners smile. I will never return back ever and nor would I recommend it at all
5.4 Okay
Pros: Rooms, although basic were clean and acceptable for a one night stay.
Cons: Staff not very friendly or helpful. There was secure parking but they expected me to ride a heavy bike up a high kerb, when I asked them to other the other gate I got a muttered response and led to an insecure outside area. One of the reasons I booked this hotel was for secure parking. My card didn't work on check in (the card I booked with and had used several times whilst in the area) so they demanded another card, the attitude of the receptionist wasn't good.
6.7 Good
Pros: was normal but taking in count the price i have to say was below average
Cons: in general the place is ok, but i really need internet and suppose to have, well there was, just simple maybe because my room location, i couldn't connect, and i had to work.
6.3 Good
Pros: In the restaurant, there was a good selection of food and prices were ok. The aircon worked well and the shower had good pressure.
Cons: The smell of mould and stale tobacco. This has been highlighted a number of times but it appears that nothing has been done. The assurance that the parking gate was closed at night, when I asked about the security of my motorbike. In fact, it was not.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: We booked this room literally as we sat at a cafe around the corner. Didn’t really know what to expect but we were pleasantly surprised. Spacious, clean, two separate beds, and great location.
Cons: The only downside is that I selected it on booking.com because AC was listed (it was blistering hot in Zamora that day). Our room didn’t have AC but there was a fan that helped a little. I noticed an AC control unit in the hallway near the elevator so someone had AC ... but it wasn’t us.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: t's great value for the money¡ I knew I was staying at a one-star hotel, yet this one was better than expected. All-round cleanliness and the staff are helpful and cordial. Excellent location just around the main pedestrian street and some nice bars around. breakfast service was fast and tasty
Cons: No complaints whatsoever
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff could not have been more helpful, assisting us with off-site parking (an unknown person had parked in our space) and carrying our luggage, as we had to park in a nearby shopping centre.
Cons: People travelling with pets should be aware that you are not permitted to leave them alone in the room. Car parking is a few doors down from the hotel and there are few spaces available, so you need to book.
7.1 Good
Pros: The reception staff were very smiley and friendly. The location is excellent, there are great taparerias within a few metres.
Cons: Our non smoking room stank of smoke. It was ok after two days with the window open. The shower head was heavily scaled. The shower door didn't close properly. The hotel was by far the most expensive that we had booked in Spain over a four week trip and was very poor value for money.
