Can't point any one thing. People, facilities, food, etc. Everything was beyond perfect.
Lot of work going on Government road to resort.

Warm and welcoming staff, beautiful resort, amazing views, good food, relaxing atmosphere
Expensive excursions if booking through hotel and also massage prices on the high side. Hand shower next to WC would be better than the bidet. Kettle needs a longer cord to place it on the table if plugging it in. Fresh milk served with tea, coffee and cereal would be much better instead of carton milk.

The resort is a little oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the towns/ streets. We found the staff to be attentive and friendly and really enjoyed the wildlife around the resort. Food was great... would definitely recommend staying here if you like nature and a more intimate experience.
Nothing to do with the resort itself, but i thought the spice farm tour was very average. Not a real farm, just something set up for tourists, with pressured expectations to buy products and tip.
