Pros:Big room, cheap price, adequate furnishings. The bed was surprisingly comfortable for a Ukrainian hotel!
Cons:The entire hotel smelled of smoke, the staff were not welcoming and very impersonal, the physical condition of the hotel is not great.

Pros:Friendly and respectful staff. I had a date with a lady and interpreter, and we got a separate room in the Ukrainian restaurant to talk undisturbed. The food in the restaurant was tasty and well presented. Breakfast restaurant is beautiful and the breakfast was better than at comparable hotels in this city (Teatralniy)
Cons:Water pressure is very weak. Rooms are poorly isolated and gets very cold when the outside temperature changes. There's no tea/coffee facilities in or near the standard rooms.
