Parking is available free of charge at the Via Salina.
Pros: Simply perfect! The ideal choice for a romantic trip. Very kind people. Top quality of service.
Cons: Everything was great
Pros: In a trip with a wide variety of hotel styles this was my wife's favourite - before and after the stay. Not that easy to get to, once you see it further round the lake you're tempted to say idyllic. Ahd as the stay progresses you're unlikely to change your minds. One word of warning; don't be tempted to save a little and take a rear facing room. They're smaller anyway, but I won brownie points by doing a quick upgrade to a lake facing room. Well worth the extra view-wise, and significantly more space. Food, service, etc. all up to high levels. And, notably, an internal smoking room right next to the dining/bar area!!.
Pros: The staff is always there to serve and even if a little problem develops they respond and resolve very quickly and act as though they let you down. The property is managed very effectively. The facilities are excellent and details matter and the team at Via Salina understand. They go above and beyond and are excellent ambassadors for Tirol and Austria. The chef and team in the restaurant provide a 5 star experience every meal - they should have a Michelin rating Of course the location is so very beautiful and in the heart of the northwestern Alps! Thanks to the great people of the Via Salina and we will see you again soon!
Cons: having to leave and go home
Pros: The location and access to the cross-country trail is awesome. Service from members of staff is great. A few bad apples exist, but others make up for it. Pool is ok, sauna and wellness also good. The new rooms are well done... the older ones need some refurbishing (furniture is great, but carpet is not ok - especially since they allow dogs.) breakfast is sufficient - I really liked all the nuts etc for muesli and the juicer to make fresh juice. Tea and Coffee with cakes in the afternoon were tasty, the bar ok for Europe (different standard than in the US or Hotels that have a bar scene of course). Wine list absolutely sufficient.
Cons: Unfortunately they cook with MSG,... so the food does not get a lot of credit from me. I have high standards - I admit -, thought the ideas were good - implementation lacked. The menu for new years was very little food in a 4 hour sitting,... for us unacceptable if there is anyway an additional buffet at midnight. It is a Sport and Wellness Hotel - so we did a lot of sport and than barely any dinner was tough. A major problem was: Friends with two kids (12 and 14) wanted to meet us for coffee. We were not allowed to sit at a table, had to stay at the bar because "children are not allowed". Though dogs were allowed in the dining room at all hours. Sometimes barking and making all kinds of noise. Besides the fact that I think dogs have NOTHING to do in a dining room,... And: dog poop was everywhere along side and in the tracks of the cross-country track,... very annoying!
Pros: The property is really clean and very nice. The food was also excellent.
Cons: Insufficient parking. All the parking spots were full, hotel staff did not care that there are no parking places in the whole town. As we stayed for a birthday weekend, the staff did not do any birthday decoration or anything and that was disappointing.
Pros: Beautiful and skiing was great.
Pros: The hotel is top in every way . where it´s situated on the lake with friendly staff good food with just as we wanted Wellness area with indoor to out door pool and Sauna landshaft we will be back.
Cons: Nothing all was ok
Pros: Helpful hotel staff, clean room, bonne cuisine.
Pros: a heated indoor and outdoor swimming pool is fantastic, stunning view,

Pros: We've had better, breakfast was average.
Cons: Breakfast served at 8:00. Much too late. Seemed to me as if the owners just didn't want to deal with anyone before then. Unfriendly attitude and arrogant.

Pros: The reading nook next to the bay windows was wonderful, I spent a lot of my time there on my tablet or reading while enjoying the view. The bathroom is nice too, and despite the mattress issues the bed itself was very comfortable.
Cons: The room was very warm and you cannot have the windows open while the curtains are closed, so due to the light from the Chapel I had to pick one. Also the mattress bends at the bottom so I couldn't rest my feet there comfortably, but I am 6'1" so that's not particularly unusual.

Pros: Started off pretty bad as we got a simple doubleroom when i booked a room with kitchen etc don’t know where problem was...booking.com or the owner... not really my problem as my reservation included full treatement :/ we had to talk quite a moment before finding a solution and finally get what i booked as the hotel was full :) from then the hotel is really well situated in a small village full of charm, nice people, quiet place, good restaurants at walking distance, nice parking, quiet neigboors in the rooms, nice equipement, barbecue, balcony etc so it ended really well! :D for the price asked it s a really good stay, I felt at home for the last days of our roadtrip :)
Cons: it’s a bit “smelly” and a bit outdated but i guess that s the charm of these pensions, nevertheless it doesn t take away from the fact that it was great and comfy :)
Pros: Quiet location, books and game room, drink cooler to pay if you use ( prices were fair), great views, large balcony, large bathroom, free parking and free local bus use or discounts in town with guest card. Beds were comfy. Tannheim ist popular with locals folks so a good destination to practice your German skills. Ski resorts are within sight of town, so this is a busy place I bet. We enjoyed it to escape the heat in Deutschland.
Cons: No breakfast options, our room had no kitchen items, and the local Bakery others wrote about is now closed. The Booking.com write up indicated many rooms had kitchenettes.

Pros: Location Staff helpfulness Amenities Food
Cons: Nakedness should be choice not compulsory in the spa. Not all nationalities of people are comfortable with it. Did spoil my experience a lot
Pros: All was very good, good and friendly people. Big wellness area (Pool for Kids 24 hours accessible, Wellness for Kids only until 14:30 which is understandable), all good so far. Great location for summer (Hiking, Go for walk) and winter (Skiing). All Super. except the Wireless which should be available in all Rooms, after calling they said that they are renovating wireless access at the moment. However since there was a LAN Cable Plug in the room available - i asked for a a small Access-Point for lent/rent value about 20€, but they said they cannot provide this. For such a great Hotel & Price - Wireless is a must, and if they really renovate Wireless in the meantime at least some AP for lent shouldn't be a problem. All the rest was great and i can 100% recommend the hotel.
Cons: Wireless in our room and also at dining area - did not work well. Nothing else - all the rest cannot be improved :-) my compliments!
