Location, tiny lift that only carried 2-3people without bags and shower which was a glass box mounted into bedroom with clear glass all round. Room was tired and old and room was not serviced up to 2pm!!

Front desk host was so lovely and helpful with bags and our checkin after a long flight
Towels had holes/shredded edges and carpet was stained, needs to be updated!

I'm often traveling to Zurich for work and tend to stay in Flemings. The stuff is always friendly, the breakfast is good (don't order coffee though) and I like that they leave water, apples and gummy bears in the room as a welcome treat. Location is also nice, quite street, but everything is close.
The only issue I've observed is slow WiFi. Sometimes it was very unstable, but last visit I observed better performance. Hope they will keep improving the connection speed.
