Cons: "thing on the floor. The seats do NOT recline enough to be able to relax & get shuteye. It would have been really nice to have a footrest of some type, even busses have those! I am a small person, 5'1'' and 110 lb. Consider not having such a huge gap between 1st class and economy. Way over crowded."

Cons: "we were greeted by a swarm of mosquitoes and then the flight attendants sprayed bug spray multiple times which was terrible given it is an enclosed space. The mosquitoes never went away so the only reprieve was when we finally exited the plane. Awful."

Cons: "Very little isle space!!! Now I know how sardines are packed!! Did you put in more seats? Seems like you have!! With no consideration for the simple, basic comfort of your passengers!! Just because most of the passengers were Bangladeshis you DID NOT have to serve only what was a very poor excuse of Bengali food!! A choice or better quality food would have been appreciated!!"

Cons: "The flight attendances were rude. Lot of mosquitoes inside the aircraft. Mosquitoes were every where. The aircraft were dirty and did not clean. under the seat trash, passenger food table was dirty, I had to ask crew member for napkin to clean. I would not recommend any one to take emirates. certainly i would not fly emirates again."

Cons: "People traveling on this sector just don't know how to behave. It's amazing how the crew puts up with this. As the food service is going on, there were several people who wanted to move up and down the aisle disrupting the service several times. When the flight was taxiing after landing, people had already got up from their seats and were trying to take their bags. Despite many announcements, pax did not care. Hats off to the crew who patiently handled it."

The entertainment system and seat amenities are top notch - large screen, great selections, power sources, remote control (cabled). I understand you guys try to give out food similar to the place your visiting, but I wish you guys gave out an option of non spicy food just like you do for vegetarians. I would also like to suggest that your crew members come more frequently to give out water. And the last thing I want to say is the most important, Boarding the plane was such a hassle. I would like to suggest that a crew member should come out and organize the way people are going to be boarding. They can say something like, "seats # A-C can you place stand on the left and Busniness Class on the right" instead of having everyone crowd to the front and be pushing each other. Or have those rope lines like they do at banks and make the people form a line."

Pros: "Overall it's a good airline. Economy is fairly comfortable, great entertainment options, decent food, and the staff is exceptional."
Cons: "Emirates baggage on board policy is a bit strict compared to most of the other Asian and American flights I've been on. Usually I'm allowed a regular carry-on and a personal item (i.e., a small backpack), but Emirates was very strict on the personal items. Personal items are limited to only Business and First Class passengers. Also, they were extremely strict about the size of my carry-on. As someone who has been on 20+ flights in this year alone, few of them being budget airlines (which are generally very strict), I had no issues whatsoever with the size of my carry-on until I flew with Emirates."
