I went to a kayak help desk to have a ticket printed that showed my TSA precheck because it wasn’t showing on my mobile ticket, and no one was there to help. I waisted for 10 mins. It then took me nearly 2 hours to get through security. I asked if I could get through quicker and was told I could not, despite it being passed my boarding time. I then ran to my gate where I waited for another 10 mins (no one was there, again) and then an employee came out and said they couldn’t let anyone board once the door was shut. He then directed me to the delta help desk (there was at least 20 people behind me who missed their flight). I then had to pay an additional $75 to get a later flight. The whole experience was awful and I’m disappointed with Kayak and the gate confusion, but mostly Delta and the lack of customer service."

I’ve never seen anything worse. I could go on and on."

Being given a 10 Euro voucher for food at the airport when most food and a drink will cost you 12 to 15 euros."

Cons: "The only complaint I have regarding my most recent flight was the incredibly rude service staff whom we experienced at the front counter at check-in. After a harrowing cab ride to the airport in which our driver continuously ignored my request to follow the GPS insisting that he knew faster shortcuts, we arrived 40 minutes later than intended. Additionally he dropped us off at the wrong terminal such that we finally arrived at the KLM gate an hour later than we had planned. This was especially frustrating as we are traveling with two small children and made every effort to be punctual and leave early to be sure we got there with time to spare. Not the case today. All of that I could deal with, but when we arrived at the KLM counter, and I apologized to the attendant staff member that we were late and explained that our cab driver got lost, she responded by chastising us first in Spanish and then in broken English. She made sure to make it clear to us that it was our fault and we should not blame the Argentinian cabdriver. The cabdriver was not actually Argentinian, but that is totally besides the point. I was totally taken aback to be treated so rudely as a greeting at the airline counter. My wife share the same sentiment. Nothing like this has ever happened to us before. Thank God, every single airport personnel and of course KLM staff member on board was incredibly kind and accommodating of our children subsequent to this. It saved what otherwise could've been a terrible experience."

Absolutely inadequate transfer at Munich airport. Lufthansa sold a ticket for a flight with 45 mins transfer, and your connecting flight is actually in a different terminal. In order to get to that terminal you need to walk 10 mins to a train station, take a train, and then go through passport control. All this in less than 45 mins (deduct 20 mins for boarding)? Madness.

You'd think that because we're traveling on one airline with two legs, there'd be some communication between flights that passengers on the first delayed flight are going to misconnect on their second flight. Didn't seem like there was... really stressful."

Cons: "We were delayed going from Newark to Montreal (both legs), as well as Montreal to Newark. The reason given for the delays was "there is an international pilot shortage" by a Porter gate women, meaning that Porter books more flights then it has hired Pilots. Probbaly one of the most unorganized and unprofessional business models in the industry. The lounge does not even have food for purchase, the refrigerator shelves are empty and no where to go get food. Has been an awful experience."
Cons: "Flight from north bay to Toronto was cancelled the day before. Spent 2 hours and 24 minutes on hold to talk to someone from porter airlines to find it what happened, and then 45 minutes on the phone trying to rebook flights. Ended up renting a car and driving through the night to get to Toronto. I'm not planning to fly porter again."

Cons: "I wish there were AC outlets to charge devices. My biggest complaint however is that pens were not provided to fill out the Canadian customs declarations forms passed out on the flight, forcing passengers to find people to borrow pens from. An introvert's nightmare."

I almost lost my flight. Then, the landing was awful, all of the passangers were scared, we didn't know what was happening and they never told us."

Pros: "The total experience from check-in to disembark was extraordinary. The crew were beyond eager to please and extremely responsive. The food was hot and very tasted. The beverage selection was finominal. The cleanliness of the plane and restrooms, although the handle for one of the restrooms fell off the door."
Pros: "I have used Kayak for years without issue. This time I was flying SAS for the first time. The plane broke and so that was the first huge delay SAS had terrible customer service. They reminded me several times that I was not a preferred customer and that I had bought my ticket through kayak. This is the reason they gave for lack of help. It was frustrating to say the least. I’m not sure how they expect to gain repeat customers if they treat first time customers like that."

Cons: "If you want to have a different meal than what they offer, you have to contact customer service before hand. I never been on a flight so far, where there wasn’t a vegetarian option. So I was pretty surprised when they just offered beef fajitas. I asked for a vegetarian option only to find out there isn’t none. The flight attendant wasn’t super nice about it either, she just said you have to order it online. But at no point I got an email saying, if you want something different than what we offer, tell us! So that was pretty annoying..."
Cons: "Our suitcase was damaged. Because we did not notice this until we got to our apartment we found that it is not possible to make acclaim, rather you just have to make a general complaint with a response according to SAS likely in 3 weeks. This process took over an hour of my time. The three tel numbers given to report damage are in Scandinavia and not much use when travelling within the UK."
Pros: "The food and entertainment on board is great. I was very pleased with how they organized the checking of bags and the fact I picked it up at my final destination without any issues and right on time."
Cons: "Some of the staff at the check in desks can be very rude. Also, on my initial flight, they closed the check-in early and left many of us stranded without knowing who to talk to and how to manage to get on the plane. When someone from SAS finally came, I was told I would be escorted through security and most into the plane but then the "manager" or whoever was in charge denied it. The plane did not leave for another our and instead of arguing with the costumers they could have just helped us get on the plane. It was unfair of them to close the check in desks early and on top of that to catch a plane the next day they wanted to charge and exorbitant fee. I Wii never fly SAS again."

When we checked in to our SAS flight in Newark, we were given a boarding pass for our infant without any heads up about the issue. We also got help with ordering bassinet from the gate agent, all without anything surfaced. It wasn't until we were boarding that we learned that we needed to buy a ticket and pay $400+ and nearly didn't make the flight. Can someone follow up now, as we need to make sure this issue has now been resolved for our return flight to SFO on Thursday July 6th"

Not bad in and of itself but they only gave me a few hours notice that my flight was changed (email sent at 1 AM on a 7 AM flight) and I lost my already paid for upgrade to premium economy. They couldn't find any record of me having purchased an upgrade when I went to check in on my 5+ hour flight."
Cons: "TV's on our whole row did not work for the entire flight. Reading lamp was burned out. It would have been tolerable for a domestic flight but these amenities are needed and appreciated on a six hour flight!"

Flight was delayed an I almost lost my connection in CPH. and it has the narrowest legroom of all Star alliance flights. my flight from stockholm was delayed and there was a massive queue at border control and no SAS or CPH airport staff to organise to get PAX through faster so they dont miss their connection I had to fight my way through the queue otherwise I would have lost my connection"

I don't know if it's some glitch in your website or that it was just confusingly worded/phrased, but I did think I had bought the higher level package that allowed for two checked bags."
