Pros: Very comfortable & spacious seats. We were provided with blanket, pillow, mask, socks. Nice food and tea service.

Cons: I’m 6’5”, so legroom can always be a complaint, but this wasn’t too bad. The plane appeared to be fairly old and didn’t have WiFi. Entertainment also was on an older screen which was navigated by using an old in-seat phone.

One CFAN make a sauce to put on chicken - it doesn't have to be boiled or microwave into a piece of rubber, with plain rice and a couple of boiled carrots. This isn't just gluten-free, it's complete allergen-free which is quite different

Pros: I almost missed my next flight from Dublin to Chicago. There was not enough time between flights with current security measures. Your site should not have suggested those two flights so close.

Pros: The new A330-Neo is a lot more comfortable than any other recent airplanes. Loved the space between seats and entertainment is outstanding too. Food was very good and the crew exceptionally friendly.

Cons: It was over an hour late with little information about why. The gate wasn't shared until the last minute. Boarding was awful and confusing. We were stuck sitting at the gate for a long time with no air and the crew didn't deserve the last ten rows any water. The luggage also took forever to get onto the belt. Overall bad

Pros: Short flight. Crew was a bit loud but fine. Didnt have to pay for an exit row seat which was awesome. The flight actually arrived earlier than expected at our destination.

Crew outside was helpful, i suggest AC have some men to lift suitcases from scale to belt and not have these women who r checking ppl in have to struggle to life suitcases frim scale ti belt-why aren’t men there to assist? AC need to provide some assistance in this regard. in-fight crew was plain and ordinary, nothing to write home about. Not friendly, just do what “we are here to do” period!
