Pros: Entertainment was good. Ground attendant at LAX was helpful and understanding at least...

Cons: Everything else. For starters, I purchased a ticket from LAX to Kiev with a 2 hour stop in Toronto. AIR CANADA never informed me I'll need an eTA and I had to do it under pressure of missing my flight at the airport. Connection was awful as well. My luggage never arrived to Kiev....

Cons: First plane was newer, 2nd plane was older.

Cons: Not much keg room for a medium size female.

Pros: Food OK, seating OK, crew professional.

Cons: Air Canada, whose flight this was, was understaffed and disorganized in Milan. No kiosks for self service, no identification of which line to wait in for what, lines spilling over into common area with >100 people and their luggage waiting. Waited almost an hour just to get a boarding pass.

Pros: Leg room was good

Cons: Food was lacking or you had to pay for it, not great on a long haul. Terrible films And tiny chairs

Cons: Travelled from Toronto,CA to Lyon, FR and wasn't pleased with service, food, no coffee available plus drinks were limited. And on top of that when I arrived in Lyon, my baggage wasn't delivered from Toronto (was told at baggage claim desk). I paid $70 dollars for something that didn't get delivered.

Pros: Boarding was almost on time. Crew was good.

Cons: Why did I pay additional $200 dollars to check 1 bag? $70 Canadian there, $50 pounds back (converted to $100 on my bank app.) Ridiculous won't be flying this airline again. Food was terrible - didn't eat. The crew didn't turn off the plane lights to MCR overnight flight, didn't sleep even 1 minute.

Pros: Flying to Europe departure timing and the crew service were great. The regular food was better than all the bigger airlines I have flown recently. I look forward to the trying the gourmet offerings in the future.

Cons: You have to pay extra for seats assigned when you buy your ticket or select them 24hrs before departure. Airlines still have not learned how to deal with babies on parents laps. The little children on parents laps on full flights are as uncomfortable as the neighboring passengers. Bathrooms need mid flight service. Passengers were not considerate.

Pros: Quick baggage drop at counter , very nice crew ...

Cons: Seat configuration 3 3 3, no power outlets for charging your devices...

Pros: They had a movie screen with movies available. Even though the trip was short, it was nice to have that option.

Cons: Flight left an hour late. Cramped seat. Only one drink service on a 4.5-hr flight. Disappointing.

Cons: Flight was delayed 1 hour. We still managed to make our scheduled rendezvous.

Pros: The international flights are great. Domestic flight was terrible.

Cons: The extra cost for luggage is excessive. It was $70 per bag Canadian going there and coming back it jumped to €60 per bag. Buyer beware they charge extra for everything! Domestic flights are mildly better than taking the bus. No inflight entertainment...you need to download the app and content too.

Pros: For the 9 hour flight it would have been nice to have a screen with movies available.

Pros: The crew was amazing. The economic seat (I always prefer to select aisle seat) was OK for me.

Cons: I often prefer to take Air Canada flight for the departure to any international cities, because it hardly happened to have any cancelled AC flights during my Air flight dates in my past years trips.

Pros: I fly coach so no the seat is not comfortable. However the crew, food, and entertainment were great.

Cons: Crew in London that checks our boarding pass and passports to let us on the plane was quite rude to my family. Crew inside the plane was great!

Cons: The flight was delayed from 10:30pm until 2:30am. Horrible experience. No personal entertainment, food was disgusting!

Pros: The crew was so accommodating! They took great care of us and provided us with a meal, drinks, and coffee in the morning. Such a great experience, will definitely fly with them again!

Cons: My son and I are both 6’5” and the seat are too close together for leg comfort. Flying used to be about COMFORT for passengers. I paid for our seating thinking we would get extra legroom with emergency seating, I was disappointed.

Pros: The crew service was polite and efficient. As I have long legs, the distance between seats means I can't move around much.

Cons: Travelling in economy class means the food is okay but not great. It used to be better a few years ago before the intense competition between airlines for passengers.
