Cons: "Delayed, may of been beyond the pilots control. Scrambled seating arrangements."

Pros: "Even though there was no TV screen in the headrest, we were all provided with IPads to view. The controls on the IPad were quicker than the in headset TV's. The seats were comfortable and we all received a flight packet that included a toothbrush, eye shades, ear plugs and a pair of socks for our comfort! Blankets and pillows were in our seats when we arrived."

Cons: "I missed being able to see our flight path. On a long flight it's difficult to keep track of where we are and now much longer we will be in the air without the flight tracker. My baggage was misplaced, so I was delayed by needing to fill out forms for lost luggage. Thankfully, it was located before I reached my connecting flight."

Cons: "Regional gate attendents really didn't seem to care if I boarded or not. Based on my experience this morning, given a choice, I will NEVER fly Alaska again."

Pros: "The plane had far more leg room than typical airlines which was a pleasant surprise. It was newer than most, the flight attendants were polite and accommodating and the ride was smooth!"

Cons: "Basically everything. This was for a connecting flight. We had to go through customs and security twice at the Portland airport because the employees gave us wrong information. They offered us a shuttle to our gate since we were running late, and then the shuttle dropped us off on the completely opposite end of the airport. We literally had to sprint across the airport with 15 minutes until our plane left, and go through security our second time where the employees were rude and not even slightly helpful. While on the plane the crew was less than friendly and short with passengers. After we landed, someone from our group was also missing their bag and was informed it was left behind in Oregon and wasn't even loaded onto the plane. Seriously the worst airport, worst crew, and worst flying experience I've ever had."

Ran out of my choice of main course in BClass. Kind of weird combo for substitute.

Then a rough landing in Minneapolis- plane brakes sharply and suddenly, shuddered to a taxi rate of speed. simple snacks, not very good."

Cons: "Not be hours late. And then when you finally land have to wait longer for an open gate cause they're doing work on the other ones. A lot of poor planning on this trip. Very disappointed in this experience cause I love to fly."

The flight was delayed multiple times. I had to buy a new tickets (4 tickets) for my family for a total of $5200 cnd And missed thanks giving with our family. Very very poor and disappointing service.

Room on aircraft was nice main cabin. Interaction with cabin crew could of been nicer....only seen them once

Incompetent crew at the boarding counter. Never flying AA again.

Cons: "Delayed 1.5 hours each way for maintenance, did not allow us to switch seats to sit together previously at flight and the flight was very empty. Very uncomfortable seats. Will not fly AA again"

Pros: "Air Crew was professional and polite - flight was quick and lasted less than 90 minutes in the air, was overall enjoyable"

Cons: "Gate attendant was fairly rude (could be a result of holiday travel stress) - several travelers didn’t speak English fluently, and she would snap at them or roll her eyes they weren’t comprehending instructions. Boarded extremely early (almost an hour) but sat on tarmac for some time - eventually took off about 20 minutes late. Not airlines fault and likely result of holiday backlog Retrieving baggage from plane was biggest issue - use a carry on to but was required to valet bag as opposed to storing overhead. Baggage unloading was late (again, holiday backlog) but no personnel were available to inform passengers of delay, and bags were not in initial cart. Resulted a delay of offloading by roughly 20 minutes. Was ultimately found in the second wave of luggage, and witnessed baggage handlers tossing luggage carelessly onto cart floor. Nothing was damaged but was annoyed at lack of communication and overall disorganization."

Cons: "The booking process. Went through a third party (ka$@k) and at the last minute was transferred to a cheap aggregator I had never heard of. Needless to say customer service was a joke. Plain fraud."
