I recently had foot surgery and traveled my first time needing assistance. The flight attendants on this flight went above and beyond accommodating my partner and I. I had a panic attack from the medication I was on, and the flight attendants made me feel safe and comfortable when they saw me in distress. They relocated me to an area of the aircraft that made me feel more comfortable and we had our own row which helped reduce my anxiety tremendously.

Pros: "Crew could have been more helpful, had a 30 min layover and the gate was very far away. They could have told us directions"

Having my luggage would be great, contacting anyone for help is nearly impossible.
The plane was overstaffed With unhappy personnel. they did not have very much on the menu one sandwich and a cheese tray not impressive. being handicapped I was supposed to have a wheelchair meet me in the Toronto airport. When I arrived the flight stuff on the ground refused to take me to customs until all of the passengers left the plane. having to walk the long distance with COPD is terrible because of lazy employees working for Air Canada. I want to be thinking twice before taking Air Canada rogue

Cons: "the poor Air Canada Rouge employee boarding the passengers from the gate was alone but it was hard to see her working so hard. There should have been 2 employees there as it was very busy and many had to wait. I had wheelchair assistance and was left at the wrong exit for my shuttle and had to walk quite a distance, which took me a very long time, and therefore added over an hour to my travel home."

Cons: "Seating was cramped and claustrophobic. I'm only 5 feet tall and my legs were stiff after a 90 minute flight. "Snacks" were kind of pathetic - tiny bag of pretzels. The worst part was the crowded gate area at Boston. It made me feel like a cattle holding pen. Since we're told to get there two hours early, it would be nice to have more than a tiny little snack bar with overpriced pre-made sandwiches and salads that have been sitting out for who knows how long. Crappy lukewarm coffee. Starbucks is right outside security, but of course we can't bring liquids through."
I have traveled to probably over a hundred locations worldwide, but had only one mixup of airport in Shanghai. Until Iceland and Stockholm. Reykjavik has 2 airports, Stockholm 4 (!). Please indicate clearly when a departure flight is scheduled from an aiport other than the international aiport. That would greatly reduce stress. Thanks
in the front - higher class of business - sitting in the same seat (with one empty in the middle) is not acceptable any more. need the business class to be as we paid for.

Old planes that are not being maintained with at least basic cleaning. Plane smells awful, bathrooms not cleaned either. Very uncomfortable chair. Customer service probably one of the worst I have experienced. The AC dis not work, kept us on the plane for over an hour with no water and air condition

On the way home, enough folks complained that the crew reset the entire system and then it worked for the last hour"
