Pros: "The crew were superb and the bathrooms were regularly cleant"
Pros: "The flight was shared with Delta airlines on a Delta plane, terrible arrangements. Small seats, poor service, poor entertainment, very bad experience."
Cons: "It could have been better if it was a Korean Air flight."
Pros: "From boarding to meal to disembarking, Korean Air does it right. They are attentive to your needs and provide excellent customer service."
Cons: "On this particular flight, a nice glass of white wine would have been nice but they had beer instead. I survived. Additionally, an upgrade on their earphones would be nice. Their sound quality is not the best."
Pros: "Stewardess service was good. Food was ok . Seats on the economy was good too plus the movie"

Cons: "My luggage took over an hour and my 1 bag was covered in a sticky mess that looked like eggs!!! It was gross and they wanted me to fill out a complaint form. That is just unsanitary!!! No form is going to fix that!"

Cons: "Being seated in the back Luggages coming in last when my friends who travelled with us got theirs way way ahead of us"

Cons: "I missed my connection because of fog. (Obviously a problem they could not fix, so I’m not upset about that.) I asked to change flights in Fukuoka so I wouldn’t miss it but I was told then I wouldn’t be able to take my connecting flight in Incheon???? Even though it was Korean Air??? Fukuoka lacked any information when our flight might come or if it would possibly be cancelled. Got to Incheon near midnight, I then waited for three and half hours in a line to rebook for the next day, and when they helped me they gave me a ticket. They said they couldn’t give me any hotel accommodations because of all the missed flights, but didn’t offer some other compensation. I didn’t get a voucher which I saw other people in line get. When I asked to upgrade to business class( I was willing to pay the extra money) I was told it was too expensive for me. After my trip I will never fly Korean Air again."
Pros: "The food choices, included Korean dishes. The disposal slippers are great when taking shoes off. The air hostesses were friendly and helpful. Good leg room."
Cons: "Movie selections were not that great, many good current movies were not available. Seat does not have enough lower back support, was literally having to sit on my pillow and blanket due to lower back pain."
Pros: "The in-flight experience is just fine."
Cons: "It was painful and required multiple phone calls to get a seat assigned. I kept being fobbed off until later... "you can pick your seat when you check in 48 hours before". "You can't check in now because it's a US flight, so it's only 24 hours". "You can't check in now because of visa documents something you have to check in at the airport". None of this was written down, or even satisfactorily explained when I tried to understand what was going on. Next time I'll fly Asiana on the hope they have a better online seat selection system that doesn't involve bizarre US checkin policy."
Pros: "The vegetarian food is better than what was served by the other airlines I've flown in."
