I was originally being put in a row right behind the bulkhead with no individual monitor and a seat that was extremely cramped because of the tray table. I knew that I would be able to hang for a 13 hour flight and fortunately, the flight attendant was able to move my wife and I."

Flight overbooked in economy and many seats available elsewhere, they should offer for a little more money but leave empty while everyone is crammed like sardines"

Cons: "There could be more movies and more American music in the entertainment package. The flight was overbooked by 5 passengers, so I could not get a boarding pass on the first part of my trip, from Bangkok to Taipei. Fortunately they had a boarding pass waiting for me when I got to Taipei."

Cons: "I’m thin but 177cm tall (long legs) so the seats were wide but leg room was uncomfortable for me. Also, the posture of the seats are not good for spinal or neck alignment so, again not comfortable. No support for the lower back and very limited reclinablity."

Cons: "The second security check before boarding had people jumping from their seat section to be checked, as the security staff weren't concerned about people's seating priority. It also seemed a couple of economy plus ladies sat in business class."

Cons: "Seats were too small! No personal hygiene kit available in long flight .... bathroom faucet was not clean. Some stewards and stewardess were not helpful but some are. I asked for help but one stewardess did not respond but one did help and was helpful. Ground crew were courteous and helpful."

That travel day was a gong show from the start checkin wasn’t possible so we all showed 3 hours early and waited 2 hours to check in to fly
Pros: "Crew was great. Delayed by mechanical issue. Weather was bad in Montreal so delayed again. Mechanical issue is a pain but I'd rather not crash so all in all very good. Really windy at landing, pilots did a great job. Respect!"

Boarded 30 minutes late waited on the tarmac for an additional 2 hours while they performed maintenance. They ran out of food for what was now an 8 hour flight. Starving!"

We had 4 flights with Air Canada on our trip and there were major delays on all of them except one. It took us 20 hours to get to our destination, and there was very little explanation or effort to help us.
We were an hour late leaving due to maintenance but it was a good flight. The attendants were great. No entertainment but I enjoyed the cookie. Satisfied and would fly that way again
flight was delayed several times, seats were changed without notice, after we paid extra for preferred seats.
Air Canada change our flights to and from Canada three times prior to our scheduled date, then late the night before our flight cancelled our outbound flight from Atlanta. They rescheduled it for 32 hours later. This ruined the entire week we had planned in Newfoundland, so we cancelled the entire trip and requested a full reimbursement.

Cons: "While the plane was circling in a holding pattern our luggage was left out in the snow for over an hour. My one bag was wet when I got it and my other bag didn't arrive. And because there were no Air Canada workers at the desk in Philly no one could tell me where my bag was. It was a very stressful end to a long series of flights."
Pros: "United Airlines is putting customers and employees at risk. It is an insane and absurd as it is disgraceful. During boarding you will see painted arrows on the ground urging you to be "6 feet apart" from fellow travellers. You will then enter a the plane and be 6 inches apart as the plane will be FULL. Fly Delta where they block off middle seats and social distance. United CEO Scott Kirby does not care about customers or employees. The absurdity of the juxtaposition between the "6 feet" signs in the boarding area and the COMPLETE ABSENCE of distancing on board tells you everything you need to know about United."

Cons: "Good morning I had a very bad experience. I called a day before my flight and inquired about my luggage. Can’t remember the gentleman’ Name but he confirmed the following that I am allowed 1 carry on since I am on the mileage plus and I have to pay my other baggage which I did online. My carry on is smaller than the usual carry on’s Standard yet they didn’t allow it at the United check in luggages and made me pay another $40. They allowed so many other passengers with lots of stuff and bigger carry on . It is all shown on your surveillance cameras and recorded on your customer services phone calls. I don’t know why I was treated and discriminated like that. I felt bad and humiliated about this incident."
