Cons: "The boarding did not go on time. An announcement about why would have been nice. Still made it on the flight on time."
Pros: "There was an incredibly large passenger next to me and I was essentially afforded only a quarter of my seat. It is not really fair for anyone to have to sit next to someone taking up twice their seat."

Cons: "The second leg of the flight from Seattle to Honolulu was rough. The plane was very outdated and the female flight attendant in comfort plus did not have any customer service. She repeatedly skipped our row, even with the call light on. For a long flight, especially with Delta this is unacceptable"

Cons: "Our flight was delayed by an hour and we had a connecting flight IN ATL that we had to get to in :30 minutes. By the time we got off the plane we had :15 minutes to get to our connecting flight. We barely made it. They were about to close the door on us. Didnt really appreciate that."

Cons: "The flight attendants were borderline rude. No eye contact, no smile, not helpful when asking a question (overhead compartments were full in my section; I asked what I should do, response: „ I don’t know either“ and walked off. I went to find a spot further up the aisle..."
Pros: "Flight itself was fine. Captain was very communicative about rough air. 757-300's are amazingling noisy; recommend headphones for a relaxing flight."
Cons: "Could not login to Delta app at MCO to show boarding pass. Had to return to a kiosk to print paper passes. Very aggravating but lesson learned to always have a paper backup. Boarding was disorganized and not by priority. Gate agents allowed passengers bull rush the gate and allowed line cuts. They lost control."
Pros: "Very good check in and customs, etc at both airports especially RDU."

Cons: "Strange use of curtains upfront during flight. I was asked to check my carryon for free to help out with boarding, but then had to wait longer to get the bag in baggage claim. It was the last bag of my checked bags to show up. Checked carryon bags should have a higher priority to return."

Cons: "Everything could have been better. The terminal out of Charlotte looked like a bus terminal, unacceptable for AA since it is one of their hubs. I understand it was a busy holiday weekend, but the airline should have been better prepared for our arrival. While the pilot did an excellent job in getting us in NY on time after airport delays on departure, AA must have not had enough staff working when we arrived. Customers waited over 30 minutes for bags to arrive, which arrived at a different belt than what had been originally scheduled. There were no AA staff in sight when we arrived in NY either. I will do my best not to fly AA again."
Cons: "Bathroom broken. Broken plane. Stuck on runway with me bathroom and no food or drink for 2 hours before we took off."

Pros: "There was one friendly crew member from PVR to ORD. The rest seemed like they did t want to be there and certainly not serve us food or drinks. The attendant from ORD to AZO was great!"
Cons: "Two hour delay to depart and an hour to wait on the tarmac for a disabled vehicle to leave the gate. Several people missed their flights."
Cons: "Seating in Economy plus is tight. No electrical or UBS outlets for charging devices."

Pros: "Potential the entertainment which was hard to enjoy due to the constant interruptions of automated announcements relative to frequent flyer incentives, available programs, etc. The entire experience felt like being hostage to advertising."
Cons: "Constant adds with the entertainment, multiple long interruptions that paused the entertainment relative to buckling your seatbelt. The entire experience felt dehumanizing in an already cramped, uncomfortable experience. Never flying american again and i'm going to cash out my points asap."
Pros: "Flight crew was nice"
Cons: "Checking in, the counter agent first told us we would need a visa to go to the USA. We are American citizens. Then she insisted that we buy checked bag allowance even though our tickets already included checked bags. We had already flown the 1st leg with checked baggage, why would we purchase tickets with no baggage allowance coming home?! The stroller we gate checked was left at the end of the oversized baggage carousel because of the ground crew not wanting to unload gate checked items. I will never EVER fly an AA codeshare flight."
Pros: "I decided to travel First Class from CLT to NYC and that was the greatest choice I ever made. First class was amazing! I stored my belongings without any issues. The snacks were enjoyable and the passengers were friendly. I was happy with the crew and airline!"

The staff went over and above to accommodate all the carry on luggage.
I can’t believe air Canada can get away with the space they give economy flyers. The seat was uncomfortable and hard. There was barely enough leg room. I had leg cramps most of the flight because I couldn’t stretch my legs at all… horrible on a transatlantic flight. The flight attendants were very nice but one guy I watched serve other people he was so rude and snarky I thought gosh you’re nothing but a pest when you ask them for anything. Main thing is the flight was smooth and we arrived safely.
Seats were small and uncomfortable my seat was Broken and didn’t lean back
Cancelled my nice flight at 1130am and put me on an overnight flight at 1030pm. Had to take a whole extra day off work. Stop cancelling good flights dinguses!
Flight was booked months in advance and canceled 3 days in advance with no reasonable alternative offered
I think the plane that they changed at last minute could be better
Beverage card could have more choices, There was no Soda water, coffee, tea etc.
4 hour delay that caused me to miss my connection. Couldn't get changed to another flight until arrival. Instructions for checking in for the first flight were wrong. There is no Air Canada counter in OKC to check in with.
Flight left on time, Landed early. Very pleasant experience all round.
Was comfortable and crew was courteous. Having games to play and stuff to watch during flight helped pass the time.
