Customer service is not a top priority from boarding to while on flight, was belittled on boarding Some staff speak english at almost a 0% fluency
2 hour connection time in Seoul to make plane to Bangkok. Giant security lineup. Lots of worry over making flight reduced joy of flying via KE/Incheon. This was a repeat of my flight in Nov 2022, so apparently is the new normal for KE. Flight was boarding after I was forced to jog what seemed to be 2 miles from security to my departure gate. Please fix this. I still cannot understand that if you have already been screened in Canada for dangerous items, and there is no opportunity to obtain any between one plane and the next, why you should be screened AGAIN.
Pros: "Plane in excellent condition. Service outstanding."
Cons: "Nothing special about the food, but it's not a big deal. Would fly them again."

Cons: "Lack of beverage service. For an 11.5 hour flight they could have come around more often to offer pop or alcoholic beverages."

Cons: "My son's entertainment console had some issue."
Pros: "The Koreans are masters at whatever they do, super clean, polite and attentive. Always a smile. I'd fly with them anytime."
Cons: "They tend to keep the plane a tad warm and no individual "fresh air" control over head."
Cons: "The website did not let me choose the seat when I tried to check-in. In addition, the flight attendant was not welcoming because she kept saying that you cannot have more food :("

Pros: "Great service, good meals and frequent beverages at no charge. From the paper slippers to the warm wash clothes that were passed around at one point, I’ve never been better taken care of on a plane. Passengers comfort was taken into high consideration."

Pros: "This flight left nearly an hour late, which at 1 AM really hurts. The crew were ok, but the flight seemed understaffed, and our service in premium economy was pretty ordinary."
Cons: "Total gong show getting to our connecting flight in HK, but Cathay Pacific got us there with only seconds to spare."
Pros: "Very attentive, friendly and multi-lingual crew. Everything was on time. Food was very good. Excellent."
Pros: "Well fed and provided beverages on trip. Food not gourmet----but what do you expect? Crew was pleasant and helpful."
Cons: "Sure could use a little more leg room. I am 6'2"--so know I am taller than the average bear, but I think even a 5"8" man or woman finds the legroom a little tight---especially on a 15hr flight. On a 3 to 5 hour flight--OK. The legroom was durable--but you asked waht could be better and that point sticks out in my mind."

Cons: "I found my pillowcase has a long human hair. And noticed the same in the other pillows around my seat. Also, the tray table has a few spots of food stain. One of the toilets, the hinge of the toilet seat is broken"

Cons: "I just don't fit comfortably into the pods and for a 14 hour flight that's a pain in the neck or lower. The seatbelts must be adjustable to allow a pod user to roll on his side."
Pros: "Crew is very good and efficient, generally very friendly and helpful. Seats are fairly spacious and comfortable. The flight was only slightly delayed. Food and drinks are quite readily available. Meal quality is nothing amazing, but it's definitely not bad."

Flight was delay almost 2 hours from Hong Kong to Taipei. Last minute gate change from 24 to 66. Long way walk. We need to run in the Taipei airport to catch our next flight from Taipei to Vancouver. That is so suck!
I’m really impressed with air China…first time -and I will book again without hesitation! :)
Overall, it was a good flight. I was comfortable, that TV screen was large. It’s just the food wasn’t that great.
Pros: "Legroom, seat amenities, boarding process"
Cons: "The crew could have been a bit more attentive, especially when clearing the service. I had an armrest dining tray which was very small and snug (same for the seatbelt as well) and it was hard to move with the tray still there. Also, Iwith fruit platter for meal, they served a side of fruit!"

Pros: "The staff was friendly, fast, and the on boarding was organized. Not like other airline, China Airlines has made an impressive impression with their staffs friendliness, organized policies, and great movies to watch."
