Cons: Audio headphones provided for the inflight TV service were kinda bad and it’s a special plug so regular wired headphones we use in the US don’t work. Not a complaint just an observation

Pros: The food was delicious and of high quality. I enjoyed the entertainment selection. I flew business class. The flight attendants were excellent and gracious. I would fly China Eastern Airlines again.

Cons: Passengers making a connecting flight to Bangkok (BKK) at Nanjing (NKG) were gathered together, escorted through customs, to baggage claim, to the ticketing counter, and back through customs. One of the passenger had to call out each person from their passport. The process took 2 1/2 hours.

Pros: The crew was very nice, but not very professional. Food and comfort in business class was pretty good.

Cons: Departure - there was no gate number shown for long time, but in 15 minutes after the gate number appeared on the list, there was announcement, that gate was going to close. Arriving - it took more than an hour to get out of the plane after we landed. No announces about why and how long...

Cons: I wasn't able to take this trip (which was supposed to be my return flight). They wouldn't let me on the plane because my boarding pass didn't EXACTLY match my passport (which doesn't have my middle name). Not only did they cancel this flight, but also my return flight. Worst travel experience ever.

Cons: Was in business class and service is poor. Food was mediocre and service was not at par as other business class airlines. Toilet is dirty most times and lacking toiletries. Very unsanitary. Only thing good is all service staff always smile but lack proper and on time service training.

Pros: Flight is amazing, sacious seats and best quality entertainment. Most importantly only airlines to give inflight free wifi

Cons: Airport crew can be better trained. They have 2step interview process about my travel which is annoying and irrelevant.

Pros: The plane itself was very clean and well maintained

Cons: Staff was rude to customers, with poor responses and a lack of customer service skills. After a long delay of over two hours, you would have thought they would've have been more understanding and accomadating. They also displayed poor communication through all stages of the flight.
