They only had an asian soup for our return. Since we left at 1:00 am, I slept through the dinner and woke up about six hours later quite hungry."

Cons: "I didn't prefer the premium economy section. Uncomfortable. I'd rather pay the fare for a cheaper economy seat, that is equally uncomfortable. It's terrible to start charging people for small, petty things like choosing one's seat."

The connecting gate at YYC for YXH could have been closer. We de-planed in D and had to walk to the lower level on the far north end (on the other side of A)
It could have snacks to purchase as what was stated in the card with flights over 1.5 hours
Both flights we boarded and had to wait 1 hr/45 m respectively before leaving the gate. This was over and above normal times. Seats and space not comfortable.

Pros: "Crew was great. Delayed by mechanical issue. Weather was bad in Montreal so delayed again. Mechanical issue is a pain but I'd rather not crash so all in all very good. Really windy at landing, pilots did a great job. Respect!"

Flight from Zurich to Toronto was great Toronto to Kelowna different story Was at gate 1 hr before boarding. At boarding time, they announce that plane is at a different gate so we are delayed while waiting for plane to be brought to our gate. 40 min later we are still waiting. When plane finally shows, it still needs safety check and “ grooming” ( fancy word for cleaning) Should have been done while sitting at wrong gate Boarding started an hour late. The whole time Air Canada is emailing me saying that there is a slight delay and they are working to figure out why Try to sweep actual reason we have d as kready been told about under the rug Very poor service Totally messed up my ride at final destination And not a single apology/ email after the fact
My luggage was checked at the gate and somehow didn't make my flight. It was delayed by 4 hours plus but was delivered to my home the next day at 11 pm PDT.

An old A350-900, in desperate need of an update. The business class seats were worn out. Definitely a plane to avoid, if your spending the kind of money they now require for business class.
Had forgotten what a miserable airline Air Canada was. 4 out of 5 flight legs had mechanical delays, which makes me think they ate in breakdown maintenance mode. Surley boarding staff had minimal etiquette. Seats not particularly comfortable. Movie list was ok.
The plane was overstaffed With unhappy personnel. they did not have very much on the menu one sandwich and a cheese tray not impressive. being handicapped I was supposed to have a wheelchair meet me in the Toronto airport. When I arrived the flight stuff on the ground refused to take me to customs until all of the passengers left the plane. having to walk the long distance with COPD is terrible because of lazy employees working for Air Canada. I want to be thinking twice before taking Air Canada rogue
Short flight. Wonderful crew, snacks and wine (business class). No entertainment but not at all needed on short flight. No negatives.
Everything was good but random change of gates and delays made me unhappy.
I am a senior and I was travelling with 2 other friends and they got their email for check in and I didn’t then when we went to checkin my boarding pass had me as standby so you can imagine that I was in a panic wondering if I was coming home to Ottawa airport with them or not. I finally was able to get help at the counter and she was very helpful, but this worrying takes all the fun out of a great vacation. I certainly will not be flying anywhere again. I know this isn’t only Air Canada’s problem but thanks for letting me rant.😁

Had to take a bus to Providence, was exhausted, and cost twenty six dollars with the driver from hell. Asked United for an aisle seat so my right leg could stick out. Bad right knee. They stuck me on the left aisle instead. Was in agony the whole flight."
