delay several times and wait extra long to board. no entertainment service because there are problem for some rows. always encounter some delays for the last flight of the day.

Flight delayed for 2 hours due to a part. The plane sat waiting for boarding for a long time and during final preflight inspection the issue was found. Why not do the preflight inspection sooner if you know the plane is being used?
The flight experience was very good! Especially the United Club!
I was not able to buy food in the flight. They refer to include your Credit card in the APP, and if you are not from USA (i have a credit card form Canada) it is not possible
Aircraft has better leg room than any of United's larger planes. We had requested mobility assistance for this and related flights. United's response to all was superb.
The flight from Ottawa to Chicago took a lot longer due to DC in Ottawa. We got to Chicago and went to our gate to catch our flight. We only had nine minutes I found that very stressful.
Good boarding. Crew started quick with drinks and food. They came around several times for trash which I really liked. Other than turbulence due to storms in the area, flight was great.
my seat got changed twice after checking on then boarding it had been given to a family so by the time they found a seat for me no overhead storage left. i ended up losing my Sony Headphones case because i could even access underthe seat in front of my when deplaning.

All planes flying to Mexico City are very old. Seats don’t even have power outlets.
Very bad experience, probably will never use this airline again unless I have too. In the airport in Chicago made us buy a return ticket otherwise would not let us fly to Belize and stated that the Belizean Immigration will not allow Americans to come in without a return ticket or a Belizean supervising the travelers which turn out to be untrue. The staff were very rude and unprofessional and we almost lost our flight until the supervisor who was Hispanic and we spoke with him in Spanish and helped us and still had to buy an expensive round trip ticket. This was a very bad experience and we made a mistake by booking with Air Canada, usually using the AA and never had this issue.
Tout était bien, comme pour la plupart des compagnies aériennes, le seul bémol était leurs système de divertissement qui a cessé de fonctionner en plein milieu du vol. Un peu décevant surtout quand il reste encore 2h de vol.

Everything was great with the Air Canada portion of the flight. However it was a co-share flight & United Airlines on my return trip. For my return flight I did not receive ANY correspondence at all from United airlines regarding my return flight. It was most disconcerting, especially as a senior, as I was unable to check in the day before the flight, could not book my seat & as a disabled senior ended up in the very last row of a fully packed plane. Service was abysmal & there was no in flight entertainment.
I did not like the heavy traffic to fly out of O'Hare. I had troubles checking-in. United app refused to accept my passport so I had to check-in at the airport. I had to check a bag but United could not read my credit card, so I had to buy a Visa debit card to pay for the luggage. It costed me an additional $6,00

Super Friendly staff! Airport boarding was a bit confusing as they didn’t really make it clear what zones were boarding.
The crew was friendly and good and I felt safe and secure in the air. I was not happy to find that my “window” seat had no window, when I had options at the time of check-in and would have selected another had I known. I felt a bit claustrophobic. I was also unhappy to pay $75cdn to check my bag, to then have it go missing for 1hr 20mins, upon arrival. I could have been half way to Oxford, my final destination, in that time. The dinner was good, but the breakfast is quite terrible now. It is two sugary items and only one coffee service in an increasingly small cup. We all know inflation is a big thing right now, but skimping on tea and coffee!
