Overall it was a good flight. No issues. Alaska Airlines is always my first choice.
The staff is excellent paying attention to your needs which in my case is the need for wheelchair assistance. I will try to fly Alaska Airlines whenever possible and recommend to my friends and family to fly Alaska Airlines!

Flight was boarded 35 late for supposed "maintenance" yet the crew calling over the P.A. for 3 separate individuals. There is NO food. There IS no entertainment. You charged me for checked baggage, then don't charge at the boarding area?! Shame on you for becoming Spirit Airlines. I thought you were better. At least you were at one time.
Well it was late 35 minutes for boarding. Something you can't make up in a 5 1/2 hour trip? There IS no entertainment. There IS no food. The comfort is so so. You guys used to be so good. You charged me for check in baggage, then ask people to check it in for free while waiting to board?! Shame on you for turning into Spirit and Frontier Airlines.
The planes were clean! The crew was good The boarding in Seattle was not good because the accent of the woman and the low volume of the speaker made it impossible to hear.
Both flights were delayed, the Bellingham to Seattle flight was delayed so much I nearly missed my connection with a two hour layover to spare. I could have driven to Seattle and back in the amount of time the flight was delayed. Seattle to Bellingham Washington also delayed. Not good.

The flight was 1.5 hours late. The gate crew in Las Vegas were not friendly at all.
Couldn’t plug in the computer to the electrical plug underneath the seat. Should accommodate a computer power line.

Great list of movies, seat was generally comfortable, but not much shoulder room. The fresh baked cookie mostly made up for the lack of variety with the meals, which were all tomato based.

Free Wi-Fi is good. That’s all - food mediocre, unfriendly crew, poor communication after trying to file a claim for my lost bag, which Delta didn’t even know was lost until I told them.
If I pay extra for "comfort+" I expect leg room where I can stretch my legs. I was seated with an attendant's seat blocking my feet. Knee space was fine but my feet had less room than the non-"comfort+" seats. Also, don't go cheap on food when you have flights of 3+ hours. It's insulting.
I sat in comfort plus. It was fine. Seats were comfortable. I got drinks and snacks.
All fine save for the abominable catering. Really gone downhill. We found it all inedible.
Very dissatisfied with the fact that I had upgraded to first class for the second part of my trip only to find out that the lounge was still not available to me, as well as not having any food or drink service on the flight due to weather, so I lost out more than what I paid for.
The food was good. I ate gnocchi with marinara sauce and cheese, salted caramel tiramisu. And later in the trip cheese calzone. I watched 3 movies. The selection is really good. Have new and old movies. The flight attendances were nice and cordially. Overall the 6 hours trip was really pleasant ☺️. Planning the next trip.
Delta cancelled my flight less than 24 hours before departure and provided no alternative options. Left me to fend for myself basically. Scrambled to book flight on another airline and paid a fortune to do so last minute.. Can’t wait to see how Delta deals with my refund.

The airplane was an old airplane, seats were very uncomfortable and very little space, they changed my seat and that was no option to get back into my seat even when I was traveling a senior who required assistance.
This is not a low cost airline. Stop acting like o e.
Aeromexico crew made me check my hand luggage in the door of the plane. As soon as I reach Mexico City, I notice that my luggage was opened and 8 games of Nintendo Switch were stolen (700 dllrs value aprox) (the console was there) but the games were stolen. I am very dissapointed of Aeromexico and all the crew. Instead of being a good trip, It was a sad trip
Ok. But we arrived to a remote terminal which meant that a bus had to take us to the terminal building

Happy attentive flight crew. All in all good flight the night flight works well. Getting into Mexico City early so you don't get caught up it all the immigration and custom ques, additionally, this helps when exiting the airport and crossing the city to your final destination. All works very well and would do it again

Plane 3 hours late. Missed connection. No help from gate staff. App horrible. Lost connection repeatedly. No service desk. Finally got help from young girl driving cart.

We took off an hour late due to arrival airport not having enough gates. That was followed by 1:30 wait to get our bags delivered for the entire flight.
Everything was good. Flight was on time, luggage pickup was quick. The staff were great. Could not ask for anything more.
lots of delays the crew were unclear about where to pick up my carry-on, which they took from me to check in on the plane.
They needed people to check a bag, they did check my bag and I had to wait 10 minutes after the flight to get it it wasn’t too bad

I wasn’t happy with the hour delay from Dallas to McAllen, but that is the nature of travel. I don’t like to fly in general because of all of the problems all the time.
Most of the delay was due to weather which is not what was at issue here. One delay was due to a missing flashlight and in the end the flashlight was actually found on the plane. The entertainment system is very limited. Live TV options offer only a few channels that are not very appealing. Boarding and deplaning are always difficult. It just takes too much time to get on and off the plane. On the plus side, I missed my connecting flight, but was easily able to book a later flight from the app while enroute.
Was supposedly in main extra (row 10), but the seat spacing appeared to be regular economy (the head rest was blue, as well - same as economy, the seats in front of us had red head rests). Otherwise the flight was good and got in well ahead of schedule.
The seat could not recline. This was not indicated as such when I paid for the seat. So itvwad not the most comfortable ride.

My flight got delayed for almost 4hrs and then it thankfully went to only 2hrs. Then we were told that there were no space for carry on bags and I had to get it checked... well I counted at least 8 spaces that weren't used and I was one of the few left that actually had one. There was definitely enough space and either the crew can't count or just genuinely are so lazy they don't want to do their jobs correctly and make sure that there ACTUALLY is no space.
I liked the onboard entertainment that allowed me to watch on my iPad.
