Jet Blue keeps getting iit wrong. 4 hour mechanical delay followed by terrible boarding experience. This is my third horrific jet blue flight in 2024. I am going to try to avoid this loser in the sky

I loved the wifi, much better than Delta. Seats were old. and bathrooms dingy.
The boarding and flight were ok, but there were several painful issues. The flight was 3:20 in the air and almost four hours door to door, but they only had snack packs on the plane. They really need to have food on longer flights or make it clear to everyone that they won’t have food. They also advertise free WiFi, but it did not work for 90% of this flight. Again, almost four hours door to door. If I had known I was flying spirit for JetBlue prices then I would have planned differently.
Flawless trip. Pilot came out and introduced himself, welcomed everyone, made a light joke to put everyone at ease. Arrived quite early.
JetBlue has too many delayed flights. I cant recall in the past two years flying with JetBlue without some form a delays. I expect better B6.
Late as usual. Don’t remember the last time I was on an on-time JetBlue flight. Worse part about JetBlue being late is that they provide very little, if any updates. The entertainment screens had to be rebooted twice once airborne before they started working. The new free internet never did work the entire flight.
I think the food / snack service was very poor. tehy could have done better. Evrything else was great
No wifi, not even while close to the continental US or Puerto Rico, no entertainment whatsoever (TVs not working). Totally disappointing.
3 hour delay was brutal though not Spirit Airlines fault. the control tower would not let us take off because of weather
Flight left an hour late because the biometric scanner for check in broke. Instead of checking in people in a traditional way they waited to bring in a new biometric scanner and thus we waited on the plane for an hour while they checked in the rest of the people.
I had a phobia for Spirit and now is 100% confirmed. Flight delayed, missed connecting flight and staying overnight . Now not even able to get my boarding pass until I’ll get into the airport. It’s really really bad at this point
You get what you pay for. At least they spend money on getting a crew with awesome customer service skills. Carousel was horrible. Waited over an hour for luggage. Mothers were there with young babies. Only one baggage handler was working the carousels. The flight could have been good had we not had this horribly long, exhausting wait twice on one trip.
Sat on plane at gate for an hour and 45 minutes and the information being provided was not frequent enough and at times not truthful (waiting for paperwork about a part that had already been replaced...then watched maintenance guy bring part on board, install and leave, then told part was just installed...doesn't inspire confidence
The airlines delay the flight 1 day and we refuse to take that option instead we need to take a bus ride, now we are expecting for refund the money, it was a horrible experience.

Didn’t happen. They stranded us in Orlando and had to book a flight on frontier to get to our destination.
comfortable flight. not fond of the idea to pay for every little detail. baggage checkin or carry ons, basic snack, or some sort of basic entertainment/wifi. would be nice to offer these as perks and stop with the penny pinching.
Lack of accessable charging stations, very uncomfortable seats the savings are not worth it when nickled and dimed for amenities that are standard on other airlines
