It was the first time in my life (I’m 54) that I’ve had to pay for drinks on an international flight. Very disappointing. Also, the baggage fees were very steep. I’d rather pay for everything in the price of the ticket than be repeatedly charged for add-ons.

It was not made clear that additional passport control is needed before queueing up for boarding. The seats were very uncomfortable and cramped even for small persons. The arm rests were not fully capable of lifting up out of the way and the media controls cut-out made them even worse to lean on. Just one audio channel was working on one of our seats.

Great food - movie selection was good. Plane was a few minutes late but got to destination on time.

I thought the flight crew was very attentive and the food was excellent. The only issues I had were the flight delays. A small one out of Sarajevo and a longer one out of Zurich.

Not much that I liked. The seating and Space between the seats was very bad for long flights.. very bad for such a prestigious Airline.

Flight was late on arrival. When asked, one of the crew was not helpful with providing us information on if we could meet our transition and would only say to listen to the announcement. We nearly missed our transition because we had to race across the terminals. In addition, our checking bag did not make the transition. After making the report, no calls updating us on status were received. Provided my telephone number, but when I called they said they did not have my number. I still have not received my bag

The staff was excellent. The food was good, but the seating and comfort was horrible overcrowded.

I was sweating the whole time for 9 hrs. There are no air nozzles above the seats

Flight was delayed, but otherwise it was a fine flight. Recommend boarding group by group, instead of calling up three groups at the same time

In row with endlessly screaming toddler and should have been reseated as there were open options
