And the worst thing was that before flight, they closed us in an insulated gate especially for flights to Tel Aviv, something made out of the 1980’s with a small kiosk with cold sandwiches and “espresso” from an automatic machine, if we knew this is the case, we at least would’ve bought something to eat before entering the 80’s terminal/gate."

Cons: "Once we were all onboard we had to wait in FRA in the plane until someone's baggage was unloaded. The wait time was almost 1 hour which was not pleasant esp. with small children. No entertainment onboard."

Pros: "On time and straightforward - unlike the previous night when an Air Traffic Control weather delay prevented a connection at Chicago (no fault of Lufthansa). So I stayed over in Arkansas at home as there was no offer of compensation (hotel or $) for the delay."

Cons: "The fact that they gave my Aunt a hard time about the tickets that was bought for her, because we did not know that when a heavy person books a flight that they need one ticket and a xtra seat, but instead of working with her because she had two tickets they were very rude to her and told her she was not going to be able to come to america that when she got to Manchester she would have to go back to Germany. We were never told what happened to the other ticket since it was not used."
