Check in process was unfamiliar. While receiving assistance the employees supervisor berated him for not walking the area. Lucky for us, he ignored her and helped us check in. Did not know about the baggage fees with economy basic and spent 450 GBP (nearly$600) just on bags for a total of less than 2 hours flying time (50 minutes one way) on a round trip lasting less than 3 days. Astronomically high price for bags. Our first experience flying British Airways and very disappointed. Completely overpriced for the service we received.

Having traveled from Canada through Seattle -London-Edinburgh with only carry on ( to keep trip uncomplicated ) We had to check our hand luggage at the gate as flight was full This was really annoying since due to their late flight in from Seattle we’d missed our orginal flight to Edinburgh and had been put on a flight four hours later We had no checked luggage with no need to go to the baggage carousel Very annoying

This was a late night flight but the lights was on all the time and kids were screaming and many people were so loud. I was expecting to have a little rest on the plane considering it is late night but this way I couldn't. I think if at least the light would've been off / lower then people could feel they should be quieter.

TIRED OLD plane. Seat cushion is completely old and NOT cushion at all; after an hour of flying butt hurts. Boarding is a complete disaster. No one respects the boarding groups, and the BA boarding crew care less about boarding groups or Tier status. What is the point of spending all this money on Business Class tickets when no one respects the boarding system? It took 90 minutes since we landed to get our luggage. 20 minutes to show on the screen which belt we are supposed to go to and another 1 hour to get our luggage - not the kind of service you will expect from BA at LHR

Boarding process needs to be improved. Business class passengers were told to stand in the economy line and vice versa.

Never got on this AA flight since British Airways delayed my original flight 29 hours

My ticket was cancelled unannounced and I was left stranded in the air port

Truly felt "taken care of". Will definitely fly British Airways again.

The 1st flight was delayed by 7h. We missed the connection flight. They rebooked us another flight after 8 hours lay over and we had to take another connection flight after 6 hour lay over. Overall experience was horrible

I don’t know whether it’s 24 hr or 48 hr the check in process opens. I could not get the seats I wanted in business class. Passengers weee annoyed when I had to jump over their feet to go to rest rooms and the air hostess had to disturb passengers on sale to serve passengers in middle seats . This was from lax to Heathrow
