The tickets were a great price, the staff was great, the entertainment selection was great, and overall I'd give the experience an A-
The food wasn't good and it was really hard to request the vegetarian option.
I ended up wasting an entire day Monday and spent another $460 buying a last minute flight because I showed up Monday at 9am at lax to find out my flight had already left Sunday at 10:30pm. As you can imagine it was very stressful driving 2 hours in traffic to GET to lax early to only find out they wouldn’t allow me to board the 11:30am flight with China eastern because my flight was SUPPOSED to be with CHINA Southern Sunday night.
If someone could please call me to discuss the $460 I had to pay Monday evening and the day wasted Monday December 4th I would be grateful. I have booked with kayak.com in the past and have never had any issue. For some reason kayak emailed me the wrong boarding time and airline

Are seats ever comfy in economy? These were nice and clean.
No one to assist my friends enter the plane. No one to help with hauling minor carryon baggage up the outdoor staircase. Very difficult and no offer at all for anyone in a party of six to help. No lift and no one offered assistance in business class to help at all.once on the plane service was outstanding. Passengers in 70s and 80’s and no knowledge of the need to to climb stairs and without any assistance. Attendants watched the elderly struggle.

Time Management and guidance. We enjoyed playing on screen. We viewed movie. How we are flying on Google maps. Hospitality is good.
The checkin supervisor at Ohare gave me a hard time given that am the only checking in. I felt I was profiled. Very unprofessional
I guess I can't expect much from what seems to be a low budget airline. The food was OK and the movie selection was excellent. I didn't have any issues with boarding or baggage check in. There was a mix of good and bad flight staff. Sadly, the staff in bad moods were servicing me.
PThe bad mood in-flight staff and the uncomfortable seats. During boarding, I asked one of the staff if I can have a window seat because I have motion sickness and aisle seats make me feel ill. She looked at me flustered and said all seats are booked and that I'll be Ok with the aisle seat. On a different CP flight, a different staff was helping a couple switch with other passengers so they can sit next to each other. That would have been nice if they did that for me when I asked for a window seat.
