It was very pleasant to fly with WestJet! I would recommend to my friends. The crews were very nice too!
Worst experience ever. Stranded twice, coming and going. They refuse to complete the trip. I will go to court

(It was within their weight and size limits) Even with empty seats they assigned me the non reclining row that abuts the restrooms (noise, smells, etc.)"

Cons: "I tried to check-in my husband and I online but i was unsuccessful and the only option besides us citizen was visa. My husband does not have a visa he has he’s resident card but there was no option for me to select besides visa. once i arrived i was told I would have to be on standby since I did not check in ... I told the air flight assistant I was unable to do so because when I would input my husbands information who is currently a resident there was no option.. she said some airlines don’t let you check in online because they have restricted online procedures... I paid for my ticket which means I paid for my seat... I always travel with Aeroméxico for the reason as I love the customer care We receive and never have issues and I was pretty confused as to why I encountered this situation... I would really appreciate that Aeroméxicos online process works for both citizens and residents to make it easier on everyone.. but i also want to thank the staff because even though I was given bad news and awaiting to see if I would fly back on time as a stand by, they were able to get me back to my home without me missing work...I can’t enforce enough to please look into into you’re online check in to make it fair for all boarders to check in ... thank you"
Pros: "The flight left right on time and even arrived 15 minutes earlier than scheduled to Vancouver. Crew were all friendly."

Cons: "The boarding staff was kinda clueless how to organize the hoard of passengers. The randomly decided what group to board first without properly communicating. That causes the confusion and frustration of the passengers who thought they would board first."
