They cancelled our reservation the day before our flight for no reason, without notice, and didn't explain why. We had to fight literally an hour before take off to get our seats back. They didn't extend an apology or even an explanation as to why the airline simply cancelled our reservations which we had paid for over an month in advance. During all 4 legs of our trip (N.Y. to Casablanca; Marakech to Fez; Casablanca to Lisbon; and Lisbon to N.Y.) customer service was extremely slow and poor, many of the staff members seemed to not like their job because of how unpleasant they were. The breakfast is three different types of carbs and no nutritional value. I will never fly the so-called 'Royal' air Maroc again. Very unprofessional staff.
The flight was timely and it was smooth flight.
The food on the flight and my table still had the coffe stains from the previous flight.
