Staff were friendly, and provided great service. The food was plentiful and delicious. Food could have been hotter.

I was traveling business purposes and I only had one carry on and a personal computer back pack . My carry on was 8.5 kg little more than allowable. At jfk airport check in they did not let me carry it . I was little disappointed.

Check-in counter at the airport took more than an hour of standing in queue with online checkin. And after entering the gate the flight delayed more than 30 mins.

Me and 2 other rows were forgotten during food service. We waited over an hour before they finally served our food. Then only had what was left. They did apologize. Also, they locked the bathroom due to turbulence and my 4 year old had to pee himself because they wouldn’t unlock it for him.

The individual attention the crew gives to passengers is commendable and I find them positively helpful.

More space all around is practically essential on long international fights, and Emirates definitely delivers. But food selection and taste was only average. Otherwise, the flight was smooth and the cabin crew service was fine.

Overall emirates continues to amaze me with their. Awesome service . I had shifted away from emirates , because I lost luggage and watch in emirates in 2019 that drifted me away from this airline , but I am willing to give it try

The amenities offered in the Business class is far away less compared with other Air Companies. Emirates is going down in the competition pricing the same value as Qatar airways for example.

It was the terrific, I was promoted to businessman class, and the service was amazing.

Not so good. Issues with seat assignments, unruly lines during check-in, half a sandwich on an international flight. I was originally supposed to be on Qatar airways, but it was switched to Indigo after I bought my tickets. They wouldn't even let me get seat assignments from the US to Mumbai. I was automatically assigned seats, and a middle one at that. Terrible.

They ran out of some of the popular food items. 😞

The qatar airways flights were great, the code share with Indigo could have been a lot better. There is no option for web check in, there is not information on the tickets for the INDIGO PNR this caused a problem with security letting us into the airport. The indigo staff did not even want us to line up before they opened the counters. There is not option on the indigo flgith to request special meals.

This was a really enjoyable flight. Even though I was in economy, I had a great deal of leg space, I had a nice meal, and the flight staff was helpful and friendly. A really great flight.

Was not able to check in online, so had to stand in line for 90 minutes to get a boarding pass, and I had no luggage to check. Why not let people check in in advance on line? Or at a kiosk at the airport?

Not a good experience from Lagos was very terrible paying for one extra bag is #403,600 in dollars is $331 which is too high and when get to Ny I don’t receive my bag till 2nd day some of my stuff was damaged am not really happy with Turkish Airlines very poor services.

A good airline, but at checking in, they allocated seats for my wife, and I far away from each other, and to change them, they wanted a payment, such a bad policy, it leaves a bitter taste in the mouth All was good on the plane, good food, but the air hostess was abrupt and a bit rough dealing with the passengers, but one has to find excuses for staff working under pressure

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent flight experience I had with your airline. This has been one of the worst travel experiences I have ever encountered, and I feel compelled to bring it to your attention. Firstly, I missed my flight due to what I perceive to be a lack of clear communication and coordination on the part of your staff. There was no remorse or apology from the airline's representatives, which further exacerbated the situation. As a result of missing my flight, I was subjected to a 24-hour delay at the airport, where I had to spend a significant amount of money to rent a hotel room and cover other incidental expenses. Additionally, since my baggage was already checked in from Tanzania to Turkey, I had to purchase essential items for the 24-hour period. What truly dismayed me, however, was the discourteous and unprofessional attitude of your staff. Their lack of empathy and understanding only added to the stress and inconvenience of the situation. I have been traveling abroad for over 20 years, and I can confidently say that this experience has been the worst I have ever encountered. As a result, I am compelled to reconsider ever using your airline again for future travel. I strongly urge you to address the issues I have raised and take immediate steps to rectify the situation. Additionally, I expect a formal apology and a refund for the expenses I incurred due to the airline's negligence.

Flight canceled and uncanceled. I had already rebooked and so have to pay for both. No one is willing to admit fault

I’m unclear why I had to pay extra for assigned seats as Turkish airlines did not honor the seating. We were placed across the aisle from each other on TK 34, and were seated behind one another on TK 694. Because my name was misspelled on e-ticket (Klawiter, instead of Klawitter) I could not log onto website to get the connection gate number in Istanbul. The monitors in the airport were a jumbled mess 1/2 Arabic and 1/2 English.

The airplane from IAD to Istanbul was too old. The chairs were to tight and uncomfortable. I continued my travel from Istanbul to Bangkok. This airplane was better and newer than the first one. Even food was better.

My flight had two legs. When checking in at the first leg the agent offering for a deal to upgrade the leg to first class for $199. He then claimed I would be able to upgrade the second leg once I got to the next airport. I declined and when I inquired about upgrading at the second airport, the cost was $1,300. I also had an issue at the airport lounge. I am allowed one guest in the lounge. My friend came in the lounge for less than 5 minutes and left when she couldn’t get a sleeping suite. I wanted to bring in another friend. The airport staff first started acting as though they didn’t understand English and then became upset when I asked for their names so I could file a complaint. As an elite member I knew they could do more but were not. One of the agents started over talking me and walked away mid conversation dismissing my request for assistance. A man claiming to be the manager said you were asking for her name. He also never tried to assist me or see what was going on. He claimed the interactions were recorded and management would see everything. I’m not sure how that would assist me days later. I am sure it didn’t help that I was a black American woman.

Good flights. Departure and arrivals were on time. DFW was a little problematic in that the Skytrain without prior notice bypassed the Echo terminal so that delayed my arrival at my connecting flight.

lounge was the highlight - seats weren't that comfortable - it was a full flight but no complaints

A nearly half-hour delay to board/depart meant that our connection in DFW was less than 30 minutes. If the flight attendants would have made an announcement to the flight to allow those with close connections to de-plane first it would have helped, but nothing. We *barely* made our connection, with no time to eat or user the restroom between flights.

Gate change was a little tough but it was a good flight otherwise

In-flight Wi-Fi didn’t work and the flight was 25 minutes late. The Embraer plane I was on was pretty old and the tray table was broken.

Flight was delayed after boarding and no idea when it would take off. Crew in Portland did arrange for transport to Boston for a different set of flights to my destination.

The flight was delayed multiple times. I had to buy a new tickets (4 tickets) for my family for a total of $5200 cnd And missed thanks giving with our family. Very very poor and disappointing service.

Lovely staff for a short flight! Complimentary wine too made me happy.

5 delays to departure. Finally left 2 hours after scheduled time. Further issues with “paperwork” when we were ready to push away from the gate. Air Canada has a real problem with flights between Montreal and Toronto over the last 24 months. Of my 12 flights, 8 have been delayed or cancelled. With no compensation. I now drive between Toronto and Montreal whenever I can. At least I know I will get there when I planned to.

When we got to the airport for our flight from Chicago to Montreal which was scheduled for 2.00 p.m. they had no record of it and booked us on a flight at 3.30 very disappointing . We also had to pay 50.00 each for a seat. All things considered ,I will never book thru Kayak again. Next time I will only book directly thru Air Canada no second party booking Sue

Terrible crew. Mediocre food. Terrible headphones. No Bluetooth connection for entertainment. Crying babies. Horrible experience.

I am 6'0 and almost no leg room. I am also not a small person, but this was the first time I had a issue with the seat belt. I feel like they should be made a tad bit bigger.

I understand the plane was fully booked, but it was my first time to be asked for putting my carryon bag as a checked bag. They didn’t tell me that it was free, they were just rude asking to leave it alone. I totally have no idea it was free. No one explain to me, and they just speak French which I don’t understand. This boarding experience was really sad. I wish people who is doing boarding could be helpful and understand what people need, and they have to explain to customers, they cannot just saying it was full, and check your bag. It was really frustrating for people who travel like this first time.
