lounge was the highlight - seats weren't that comfortable - it was a full flight but no complaints
The usual wait at Columbus once you land to get to an open gate (20 minutes) and then the usual 30 minutes for your luggage to appear.
Flights were delayed multiple times, missed connecting flight for home destination
My overall experience was wonderful. American airlines looked after me very well in all my flights. I'm especially thankful with the way they dealt with my connection Phoenix - Honolulu, in which I had less than 20 mins to board, and the staff were able to get me in, as well as my luggage. A big thanks to them!
While going my luggage was delayed for 3 days . While coming back My flight was delayed and missed my connecting flight . No compensation for delayed luggage. Not a happy experience .
The flights was good, but could have more option to buy foods with it being a three and a half hours flights
Make the seats stationary. Very little room as it is without allowing the person in front of you to recline. Particularly when you are trying to eat or have you drink on the tray.
The flight attendants were rude. People sitting next to me agreed as well. Wifi wasn't to bad... it went into and out a few times.

Lisbon airport is excellent. Sad we don’t have better airports in US.
Entertainment catalog certainly needs an upgrade to include better and latest content. Food was not good at all - they need to cook something edible. Five starts to the crew and on tim performance of British airways though!!
Lost one checked bag.and wasted 30min waiting and filing missing baggage report. Very unsatisfied.
Seat layout, flight/club attendant service, food variety and quality could have been better. Business class Standard is visibly low compared with 6 other airlines that we have traveled for the past two years.
Overall good, but the fact that there was no WiFi was a big deal for me. I am not used to having no WiFi during long flights. I always fly Delta-KLM and they never have had an issue with WiFi.
Yogurt only for the last meal was not what I could eat. choice of a croissant or other item would be preferred. It's a busy time, though, so i understand.
Never got on this AA flight since British Airways delayed my original flight 29 hours

Good. The flight was extremely delayed but they rebooked my layover (which took off before we even landed) before we arrived. Second flight made me check my bag but there was plenty of room. Otherwise good experience
My suitcase did not arrive . I had to change my flight to the US . I was also without all of my stuff that I had to pay through my teeth for my suitcase . I am still miserable from all the stress BA had put me and my family and friends through
The crew were competent and all seemed to enjoy their job and the only shiny part of the trip. The seats were extremely uncomfortable and the video machines very hard to work and had dated offerings. The air conditioning was like a refrigerator even with 4 blankets. The food was propbably the worst airline food I have had in years.
