Schedule and on time departure and arrival were great. The crew was good, but a change in aircraft bumped many of us from our expected seats. It was a crowded flight, but the cabin crew did their best to keep things under control.

The crew was attentive but not intrusive, and was always kind in every interaction.

From all the segments I flew it was the only one I did not get the option to choose ni seat, I did not get the quality of seat I had paid for. Crew was nice, airplane was clean, but no food, only water and a small courtesy chocolate. Everything else you had to pay for.

Austrian airline they cancel my fight , and the couldn’t give me flight , they said only available flight 4th and after , I sacked for refund, even from you KYAK , and tell now no any refund , because what happened I lost more money because I have to stay in hotel and then I buy new ticket

Management and staff att viena wasn’t professional,and they are not good by how to communicate and solve the problem, I was shocked , as I know Austrian airlines was amusing Thank you

I bought the ticket a month before my flight but checked in couple hours before my flight and had to wait seat assignment just before take off. On top of that there was not enough room in the overhead bin for my luggage.

The baggage arrived damaged and i spent EUR 300 on the baggage a month ago. No responsibility from airline or the handles.

There were a number of passengers scheduled to transfer to the flight from Vienna to Warsaw. None of them made it because the crew failed to assist them in getting to the gate for the Warsaw bound flight in time. It could have been done very easily with proper assistance.

Flight attendants were awful, very rude and inconsiderate for mothers with small infants traveling.

I been flying with Austrian for few years, they never failed me.

lounge was the highlight - seats weren't that comfortable - it was a full flight but no complaints

just overall disappointing, not a treat to travel these days....paying for Main Cabin Extra was not worth it.

This time my flight was smooth and uneventful. They started boarding even earlier than it was scheduled. I was pleasantly surprised. Thank you!

The flight was on time, boarding process good. Good value flight.

The business class configuration on this plane is really contorted and tight in space. To have to climb over another’s feet to go to the restroom was less than comfortable. Also, I was served meals handing all plates and drinks in front of the random flyer facing me on the aisle. I felt it was an elevated comfort + economy cs business class. Also, the interface at Heathrow is awful. The lounge had minimal plugs to recharge devices and it was so crowded, There were few seats available in both the North and South lounges. Rarely anyone came by to clean up after the last 3-4 people who sat in that chair.

less delays; there was an hour+ delay on both flights. self serve check in kiosks weren't available for British Airways flights

The flight was delayed multiple times. I had to buy a new tickets (4 tickets) for my family for a total of $5200 cnd And missed thanks giving with our family. Very very poor and disappointing service.

First leg of the flight was delayed by 2 1/2 hours with very little communication. We scrambled trying to talk to airline people at the airport about our connecting flight and received all different answers and no help. We ended up at our destination almost five hours when we were supposed to arrive. We ended up missing an afternoon that was already paid for due to the delays.

I paid to upgrade my seat to premium economy, it was well worth the extra cost. I have vegan meals and they were very good. Most of the flight attendants were very attentive, but for one was slightly rude. I thought the service was great overall and they had a nice movie selection for entertainment

Room on aircraft was nice main cabin. Interaction with cabin crew could of been nicer....only seen them once

In business class and attendants acted like bothering them when asking for water. Which they didn’t even offer at all during the flight.

Worst flying experience ever. Both kids fell sick from food afterwards. In flight Service was missing. Same food served for all meals and that too stale which made us sick.

I had bad experience, the first flight was delayed for 4 hours & the second flight was delayed for 40 hours!!!!! The staff on the flight from Amman to Detroit are rude . The food was not good at all.

Entertainment content is outdated. Food; I chose the chicken meal with rice, I would like to know the thought process of serving rice and chicken to be eaten with only a fork?! I don't eat spicy food for health reasons, I found out that the rice is very spicy after the first bite, so I didn't eat.

It was operated by Oman Air . So old airplane so dirty and so hot till we were flown We paid a full price for this flight but it’s not acceptable The plane was parked in cargo parking it was very far from the airport

Some entertainment would have been appreciated on a 5 hours+ flight, the aircraft was quite old, even trays kept falling down with each minor turbulence. Meals were also bad.

5 delays to departure. Finally left 2 hours after scheduled time. Further issues with “paperwork” when we were ready to push away from the gate. Air Canada has a real problem with flights between Montreal and Toronto over the last 24 months. Of my 12 flights, 8 have been delayed or cancelled. With no compensation. I now drive between Toronto and Montreal whenever I can. At least I know I will get there when I planned to.

When we got to the airport for our flight from Chicago to Montreal which was scheduled for 2.00 p.m. they had no record of it and booked us on a flight at 3.30 very disappointing . We also had to pay 50.00 each for a seat. All things considered ,I will never book thru Kayak again. Next time I will only book directly thru Air Canada no second party booking Sue

Terrible crew. Mediocre food. Terrible headphones. No Bluetooth connection for entertainment. Crying babies. Horrible experience.

I am 6'0 and almost no leg room. I am also not a small person, but this was the first time I had a issue with the seat belt. I feel like they should be made a tad bit bigger.

I understand the plane was fully booked, but it was my first time to be asked for putting my carryon bag as a checked bag. They didn’t tell me that it was free, they were just rude asking to leave it alone. I totally have no idea it was free. No one explain to me, and they just speak French which I don’t understand. This boarding experience was really sad. I wish people who is doing boarding could be helpful and understand what people need, and they have to explain to customers, they cannot just saying it was full, and check your bag. It was really frustrating for people who travel like this first time.

Air Canada from Edmonton to Toronto was disappointing but Lufthansa from Toronto to Frankfurt was excellent.

Food was OK.. nothing to rave about but it was tasty enough. Many choices to choose from for entertainment. Seats tight but comfortable. Flight attendants cheerful & helpful.

I ended up buying (for $340) "extra space" seats because I my flying partner was given a STY boarding pass, leading me to conclude that she was on standby and that we had to buy seats on the flight. I later learned that the flight was not sold out and that we could have gotten on as usual. To be honest, I felt swindled.

I'm Canadian. I have the unfortunate experience of pretty not having the choice to fly with them. THEY ARE TERRIBLE.

Do not take this rubbish connecting flight. Flight will be full when you get in and won’t even have space to keep the bags, have to keep the bags in between the seats and keep your feet on the bags for the duration of the flight which is very painful and not what you want when flying international.

Everything was fine except that the ground personnel in Toronto wasn't able to operate the jet bridge, so that everybody was stuck in the plane after landing for 40 min, so I missed my connection.

I lost my luggage in this flight with all my personal belonging including critical medications and until now no one from Lufthansa contacted me despite filling the claim immediately after arriving to the final distinction.

Our flight was canceled for unknownreqson and we had to wait for another 7 houres to get the next flight

They have more than 4 hours delay, and broken all my bags
