My Experience was ok. But the gentleman next to me vaped the whole flight and the attendants did nothing, whether they were aware, I’m not sure.

Overall good but one thing I didn’t understand is why they didn’t allow me to pick my own seat.

Probably the best flight I’ve ever been on. Emirates first class is leagues beyond British airways and Lufthansa’s.

Quality and tasty Food and service, bigger seat comfort and leg room, etc.

Overall emirates continues to amaze me with their. Awesome service . I had shifted away from emirates , because I lost luggage and watch in emirates in 2019 that drifted me away from this airline , but I am willing to give it try

Crew in Hyderabad could have been more helpful they were only focused on ripping customers.

Boarding was chaotic ,wish it was better orgnaised. Seating was comfortable , however food quality left much to be desired. Over all a great experience but with room for imporvement. The Dubai Delhi sector was terrible with poor seat pitch over crowded rack space , crew trying to put even laptop containing bags in to luggage even the waiting area was poorly kept - the dubai - delhi lap was extremly poor flying experience in all respects - the waiting area, the craft the seat pitch & the service quality. It is sad but this will make me look for other options when flying out of Delhi.

For a short flight, Qatar Airways offers very good onboard service.

Not impressed. Only allowed one carry on on such a long flight.

Online check-in doesn't work. That's why I couldn't give it full Star.

The 2nd flight from Doha to Mumbai was not of international level expected while booking with Qatar

The staffs were very good and helpful especially since we were traveling with a toddler

The boarding process was unpleasant. We had hardly any checked baggage, but they insisted on weighing the cabin baggage. While the weight of our cabin bag was well within limit, it seemed petty! The food was pretty disgusting. I had such awful food on the way over, that I brought some snacks of my own for the flight back. Glad I did. Qatar was consistent in that food was just as terrible on the way back as it was on the way over. The flight attendants were super-nice, though. If I had an option I would not take Qatar Airways again.

Was unable to check in via app or website with supplied booking code (something to do with flight being operated by a partner airline, although the code didn’t work on the partner’s website either) Specified a vegetarian meal during booking, but that somehow wasn’t captured in airline’s system By the time flight crew got to my row, now vegetarian food was available. Had nothing to eat on flight from Philadelphia to Doha! Flight attendant was completely unconcerned and actively apathetic to the situation

Qatar Airlines code share with Indigo has been a terrible experience for me on these notes: 1. Indigo changed by flight without informing me of the change, they did not ask me if I am okay with the change. I discovered this change when I was trying to do online check-in through the Qatar mobile app. When I called Qatar customer support, they mentioned Indigo changed my flight due to the original flight being cancelled, but the fact is that flight was scheduled and departed correctly, it was never cancelled. 2. When asked why my flight was changed without informing me, they mentioned that they sent email/phone call to my travel agent, and it is was my travel agent that did not inform me, which again was another false statement. 3. I called Qatar Airlines (third call on the day of my trip) to request them to put me back on the same flight, they mentioned that they could for an extra $2500, as the original class I was booked on was not available, we are still talking economy only not business class, I said no way. 4. I called the travel agent, and they mentioned that they will work with Indigo and asked me to be prepared to travel on the later flight I was bumped to. While I was making my hotel/taxi arrangements for the new flight, I got a call and email saying they were able to get me on the original flight with no extra cost. So, after 2+ hours of talking to customer support, and a lot of stress on my last day of vacation, I flew back as originally scheduled, but this nightmare is just a horrible experience that I will never fly on Indigo/Qatar again. This was a really enjoyable flight. Even though I was in economy, I had a great deal of leg space, I had a nice meal, and the flight staff was helpful and friendly. A really great flight.

Loved the check-in experience. Very friendly staff and not crowded. I did wind up with a middle-middle seat, which was quite uncomfortable. Always appreciate the very professional staff on TAL.

Was not able to check in online, so had to stand in line for 90 minutes to get a boarding pass, and I had no luggage to check. Why not let people check in in advance on line? Or at a kiosk at the airport?

seat didn't fold children noise in the air plain. no foot space

COmpared to my experience in the business class of other airlines the food variety and offerings were meager. They did not have any cookies or crackers for snacking! They were unable to offer some other items. This has never been my experience in other airlines.

In general terms the service was excellent. I would ask that they add more content in Spanish to the catalog of movies, series and music.

Quality of service on board was very inconsistent. FA service primarily seemed robotic and they barely engaged with passengers

Flight canceled and then “uncanceled” after I booked are placement. I had to pay for both a Turkish Air doesn’t admit their mistake

Flight was delayed, I had to put my luggage all the way in the back! They served only a beverage no snack on the way in Air Canada, definitely not a good first impression.

It was an enjoyable flight. I guess the airlines will never go back to catering, they save so much money.

5 delays to departure. Finally left 2 hours after scheduled time. Further issues with “paperwork” when we were ready to push away from the gate. Air Canada has a real problem with flights between Montreal and Toronto over the last 24 months. Of my 12 flights, 8 have been delayed or cancelled. With no compensation. I now drive between Toronto and Montreal whenever I can. At least I know I will get there when I planned to.

When we got to the airport for our flight from Chicago to Montreal which was scheduled for 2.00 p.m. they had no record of it and booked us on a flight at 3.30 very disappointing . We also had to pay 50.00 each for a seat. All things considered ,I will never book thru Kayak again. Next time I will only book directly thru Air Canada no second party booking Sue

Terrible crew. Mediocre food. Terrible headphones. No Bluetooth connection for entertainment. Crying babies. Horrible experience.

I am 6'0 and almost no leg room. I am also not a small person, but this was the first time I had a issue with the seat belt. I feel like they should be made a tad bit bigger.

Entertainment catalog certainly needs an upgrade to include better and latest content. Food was not good at all - they need to cook something edible. Five starts to the crew and on tim performance of British airways though!!

British Airways planes are too old verses other airlines, followed by luggage not turning up, with a customer service team unhelpful in trying to locate or send to hotel was appalling. 3 days without suitcases on a leg that flies 2 x daily.

I liked that even though there was a two hour delay, I was notified WELL in advance, and could arrive at the airport later. Comfort was better than most airlines for the price. The crew was helpful and kind, taking time to respond to passengers’ questions, I noticed. The cheerfulness of the personnel made for a very pleasant vibe throughout. My experience was very positive.

I was called up at the gate not knowing why and then handed over my passport and was told I was being upgraded from Premier economy to Business class and it was wonderful. I've never been upgraded before and it was such a pleasant experience.

First time on BA. Boarding and service were very good. Premium Economy seats were large and very comfortable. Unfortunately a mechanical problem with the plane caused us to miss our connection. The Flight Connections group did everything in their power to get us on a new flight with another airline and we got to our destination only a few hours late. Big ding for the $800+ they wanted to charge for seat selection. If I knew that before I booked I would have chosen another airline.

They put me on stand by, just because I didn’t respond to a email confirmation. Next time I will, but it was wrong to be put on stand by. But I did get on the flight, thank you.

Entertainment depends on on-board wifi (no seat monitors) but wifi was not functining
