1.5 hours late departing YVR for a 14-minute flight. Packed waiting area. Full plane. Families with tired, screaming kids. 40-minute wait for baggage at YYJ. For a Dash-8. Obviously there was some kind of breakdown but there was no communication from anyone. Most of this was not WestJet's fault but it was an unpleasant night overall. I fell asleep in a chair waiting for the luggage carousel to start.

Nothing to like about flying in the Dash 8s. With very small seats, little legroom, and a very noisy plane, nothing about such trips is enjoyable.

Difficult to say. Over crowded but that is the fault of the airplane not WestJet

For some reason there was a change in the cockpit which delayed us by an hour

flight changed by airline. then could not check imto mew flight because kiwi had messed up the reservation. still waiting to depart…

Crew was rude.didn’t even say hi or welcome to board

Good. Really crowded and busy. Going to Winnipeg plane was crowded and seats very narrow Now I remember why I dislike flying 😈

Having a lot of delayed flights on West Jet, however things always work out. So no complaints.

Our flight experience was great! Flight staff was funny and offered great service. Made record flying time coming home from Vegas after having to wait for planes on the tarmac because of high winds

It was an enjoyable flight. I guess the airlines will never go back to catering, they save so much money.

5 delays to departure. Finally left 2 hours after scheduled time. Further issues with “paperwork” when we were ready to push away from the gate. Air Canada has a real problem with flights between Montreal and Toronto over the last 24 months. Of my 12 flights, 8 have been delayed or cancelled. With no compensation. I now drive between Toronto and Montreal whenever I can. At least I know I will get there when I planned to.

When we got to the airport for our flight from Chicago to Montreal which was scheduled for 2.00 p.m. they had no record of it and booked us on a flight at 3.30 very disappointing . We also had to pay 50.00 each for a seat. All things considered ,I will never book thru Kayak again. Next time I will only book directly thru Air Canada no second party booking Sue

I am 6'0 and almost no leg room. I am also not a small person, but this was the first time I had a issue with the seat belt. I feel like they should be made a tad bit bigger.

Air Canada continues to disappoint in almost every way. Probably the result of a monopoly, so NO need to improve anything

Flight was cancelled in Antigua and they made me find my own hotel, taxi and pay for all my food. Flight was delayed more than 24 hours due to mechanical and air canada doesn't want to pay the $1000 due for reimbursement

On time departure with early arrivals. My last flight arrived 20 minutes ahead of schedule which was great due to my long commute home 3+ hours. The cabin crews on all 3 flights were great. See ya in 7 days Air Canada

very late flight, small uncomfortable seats. no refreshments except small plastic cups of juice or water, no snacks, no food given, no earphones given unless you pay.who has earphones with jacks anymore? what good are those except for your plane?

Coldest flight I’ve ever been on. The crew noticed as well but weren’t able to fix the situation. It was like camping in late fall when you sleep with a toque and sleeping bag but you still freeze your nose off!
