There was a loud squeaky sound the whole time we were flying.

Had a broken tray in business class. Crew just shrugged it off.

I didn’t like that I could not select my seat and was assigned a seat when I checked in at LAX

Great experience overall. Check in at Austin was congested as they only have about 6 check in kiosks, one was broken, and there was a lot of Spring Break travelers.

I was sitting at comfort +. One of the Asian male crew was so loud when he delivered service. When he asked questions or what food you need, he was shouting. He must be a prison guard before going Delta.

Bag drop off was slow and annoying. Only 2 agents at the entire delta desk, and no one directing traffic for what line to be in, many confused people slowed down the process. Boarding was fine. Seats in Delta comfort plus were fine. Snacks were great! Definitely a bonus. The entertainment system was awful — old, slow, not responsive, and completely unable to play games due to some kind of error. But on the other hand, thank you to Delta for the free WiFi. That made it better.

Everything was very good other than I had selected a specific seat when I booked the flight and they changed it once I checked-in the day before my flight. I was still in first class but lost my aisle seat for a window seat. Being tall, the aisle offers more comfort so I always select an aisle seat.

Flight diverted in SD. Later take off in Seattle by 1.3hrs

Space and comfort was good. Staff could have been more helpful and friendly.

Crew was not friendly when I went to request a seat change.

Our seat tv didn’t work All the rest was perfect

delay several times and wait extra long to board. no entertainment service because there are problem for some rows. always encounter some delays for the last flight of the day.

On time every leg of the journey and exceptional staff at counter, gate, and on board. I haven’t travelled in US for a long time and was genuinely surprised how pleasant this was.

Meals were adequate but could be better. Lots of movies, podcasts, tv shows. We really enjoyed using our personal headsets highly recommended. 15 hrs flight great to travel at night.

This was a Lufthansa flight. Disappointing main meal. Very rough over Canada and arrival at FRA. IFE was almost unusable.

Too many fees (but that seems to apply to all airlines nowadays)

the plane was old. the wifi didn’t work. the entertainment was boring and dated. the charging ports were impossible to find. i was mostly ignored by flight attendants that had no problem speaking to the man beside me. i got two drinks the entire time i was on the plane.

Quit making seats narrower and narrower. The guy beside me spilled over in to my seat.

The service was non existent . Crew did very little didn’t even answer call button . Premium economy in this long haul was the worst I have ever experienced . Never again flying with them .

The crews are great.. Easy boarding. Inflight entertainment ok. Food is a disappointment.

Pros: "In bad circumstances, the FA was terrific!"
Cons: "The flight was delayed pre-boarding and on the tarmac. The weather was the culprit, but we should have not kept getting misleading comments from the online system and then misleading comments about our status from the pilot. That the toilet was misbehaving was an unpleasant reality, but the FA Knew what to do. We all do better when honest communication is the norm."
Cons: "It would have been better if my wife and I had been assigned seats together."
Pros: "Couldn’t get my carry on in tiny overhead. Purser came and did it himself."
Cons: "Could use a larger overhead in this type of plane. Waited on tarmac on landing a long time."
Pros: "The crew was amazing. So friendly and gracious in their attitude. The check in staff before the flight was excellent as well."
Cons: "The seats felt a little worn but weren’t uncomfortable."
Pros: "Missed work cause of flight delay. So now out a day of pay"
Cons: "Flight on time"
Pros: "There were a variety of movies to chose from."
Cons: "The flight was delayed for over an hour. In addition, once we landed in Calgary, we sat in the plane parked for over two hours. The pilot told us he couldn’t find a crew to take our luggage and set us up with the terminal."
Pros: "No middle seats was a plus."
Cons: "Warning: this plane cannot accommodate standard size carry-on luggage well. The bins are tiny and there is not enough room under the seats if you both have a carry-on."
Pros: "Good crew, plenty of legroom in row 12."
Cons: "Very limited food options for a dinner-time flight. Seat lacks lower back support."
Pros: "I was just happy to get home regardless my flight was delayed by over 12 hours."
Cons: "This by far was the worst Air Canada experience in my life. Since then I try to avoid AC at all costs!! The flight was delayed for over 12 hours. One of the flight crew told me AC would put us up in a hotel that night since the delay for us was their fault. No such luck. Horrible!!"
Pros: "Great cabin crew, on time"
Cons: "Q400 is cramped, noisy and awful overhead storage. So if your bag doesn`t fit overhead you are even more cramped with no legroom (and I am only 5`9`..)"

Somehow I got “offloaded” even though I had my boarding pass and was in transit Food is horrible Staff were nice and cheerful No headphones were provided on 11 hours flight

Fight crew was not very attentive and the bastions were gross!

Our flight was great we left Kona earlier and got into LAX almost an 1hour earlier as well. LAX AA is in repair so to get out and found our bus to get pick up was a bit confusing.

Plane was good but was delayed. probably not AA fault but caused a 1 hour delay. Seating was cramped.

The staff were very helpful with lots of refreshments on offer. The toilets were clean. The seats were comfortable and entertainment was good. No complaints, it was excellent.

amazing! they were so kind and allowed us to sit on empty seats so we could stretch our legs and sleep good. Food is amazing as well plus dessert in the middle of the flight!

5 hour flight - full flight - not enough room to use my computer - slightly delayed - Admirals club was excellent quality food, drink made up for flight seating. No food offerred on flight, you ahd to prebook.

We experience delays on departure and connecting flights resulting in 14 hour to our next departure. We were accommodated with a night's stay but was only provided a 12 dollar meals accommodation. The airlines rules state.at least 50 dollars. In any case, it can not make up for the whole day missed on our vacation in Sydney Australia.

I can say I will not be taking this airline again any time soon. Seat were uncomfortable and too tight. Lack of chair screen and little overhead space.

American Airlines canceled the flight twice and was unable to facilitate a change of city for us after our travel plans became affected. We lost alot of money due to this and it seems like the airline was trying their best not to facilitate this. Mind you, I am a very loyal member.

Flight was delayed, I had to put my luggage all the way in the back! They served only a beverage no snack on the way in Air Canada, definitely not a good first impression.

Headphones for the movies have too much bass and can't be adjusted. Almost impossible to hear. Great movie selections but can't really watch them because you can't hear them. Also the system is very slow.

When we got to the airport for our flight from Chicago to Montreal which was scheduled for 2.00 p.m. they had no record of it and booked us on a flight at 3.30 very disappointing . We also had to pay 50.00 each for a seat. All things considered ,I will never book thru Kayak again. Next time I will only book directly thru Air Canada no second party booking Sue

My flight has been canceled and I had to cancel entire trip.

No food for a 6 hours flight! Plus very expensive to buy ! Sit uncomfortable! Awful!!!

Air Canada didn't properly check the maintenance status of the plane prior to boarding it's passengers on to the plane. A final check before liftoff and we had to switch planes because of mechanical flaps issue.

There was no food on this flight. We had less than 1/3 full plane and were not allowed to spread out. Staff gave the story of the plane had to have all of us up front for 'balance.' Total bs.

There were changes to my flight with many email and very difficult to keep up with details of changes. I consulted Air Canada website that said I was to depart Casablanca at 9:35 but when I got to airport that take off time was delayed by 2 hours. That's 2 hours at an airport instead of bed. I don't understand why Air Canada website didn't show the change in take off like they showed the change in transfer. Do better.

I was delayed from Montreal to Tokyo for 3 hours and they didn't compensate anything

Flying Business on Air Canada is wonderful. With ultimate destination in US, you get the Lounge. Only problem is there was no lounge in YQB so it had to wait until connector in YUL. Flight itself is only about 30 min like the old DC-NYC shuttle so there was no service other than almonds and the bottle of water that was at your seat upon boarding. Would have been nice to be offered a beverage and there was enough time to do a quick pass for the 16 seats. That and having a lounge in YQB are only complaints, but that's very first world complaint. The FA were cordial and professional if not warm. It was a good flight and I'd do it again. But, word to the wise, it's a very different experience doing border check in YUL than YYZ. Long walk and had to go through full screening (including taking off shoes and having to chuck the bottle I had just gotten not knowing there was going to be a frull screening since there was no warning) at YUL even though never left the terminal after landing. YYZ was just a passport check. This is not A/C's fault, but travelers should be advised/warned in advance so they know what to expect especially since you land and have access tot eh terminal and it's stores and food before you get to border check. If you have mobility issues, the distance can easily be a problem and there is no warning of how long it is until you have reached the end. My mom would not be able to navigate it and someone like her may not be able to stop in the middle of an empty long corridor to ask for mobility help. A sign offering how long (10 Min, etc.) the walk is like at new LGA terminals goes a long way. Also can be stressful if you're tight on time for a connection.
