Okay experience, seats had a very poor legroom and width. Very uncomfortable for long journeys.
for the very long way the flight has to be more confortable it was very dirty the wc was not clean
COmpared to my experience in the business class of other airlines the food variety and offerings were meager. They did not have any cookies or crackers for snacking! They were unable to offer some other items. This has never been my experience in other airlines.

5 delays to departure. Finally left 2 hours after scheduled time. Further issues with “paperwork” when we were ready to push away from the gate. Air Canada has a real problem with flights between Montreal and Toronto over the last 24 months. Of my 12 flights, 8 have been delayed or cancelled. With no compensation. I now drive between Toronto and Montreal whenever I can. At least I know I will get there when I planned to.
When we got to the airport for our flight from Chicago to Montreal which was scheduled for 2.00 p.m. they had no record of it and booked us on a flight at 3.30 very disappointing . We also had to pay 50.00 each for a seat. All things considered ,I will never book thru Kayak again. Next time I will only book directly thru Air Canada no second party booking Sue
Terrible crew. Mediocre food. Terrible headphones. No Bluetooth connection for entertainment. Crying babies. Horrible experience.
I am 6'0 and almost no leg room. I am also not a small person, but this was the first time I had a issue with the seat belt. I feel like they should be made a tad bit bigger.

I understand the plane was fully booked, but it was my first time to be asked for putting my carryon bag as a checked bag. They didn’t tell me that it was free, they were just rude asking to leave it alone. I totally have no idea it was free. No one explain to me, and they just speak French which I don’t understand. This boarding experience was really sad. I wish people who is doing boarding could be helpful and understand what people need, and they have to explain to customers, they cannot just saying it was full, and check your bag. It was really frustrating for people who travel like this first time.
Flight was cancelled in Antigua and they made me find my own hotel, taxi and pay for all my food. Flight was delayed more than 24 hours due to mechanical and air canada doesn't want to pay the $1000 due for reimbursement

Unable to get Lufthanza code to obtain a boarding pass for my flight. Had to exit and re-register to get on the flight. Extremely frustrating.
It was alright, you are sure about your bags even though they will be bag checked, you will get them back once you disembark.
My flight was delayed for more than an hour due to planning amd scheduling issues all of which were Lufthansa's responsibility. They failed dismally at doing what was agreed upon and their reparations were inadequate and completely useless to us. The flight crew were lovely however the ground crew working out of their customer service were the modt rude and obnoxious people i have ever had the misfortune of meeting.
Everything was fine except that the ground personnel in Toronto wasn't able to operate the jet bridge, so that everybody was stuck in the plane after landing for 40 min, so I missed my connection.
Usually a business class traveller had to do economy this time due to last min travels and no business class ticket available The staff treats u like substandard citizens . Especially to coloured ppl . This would not have been the case if I were back in business or first At Munich I asked if there was an option of upgrade and not for free I would pay but within 30 sec she said the flight is full ..the interesting part is I did not even tell her which segment I am.flying . But seems like she was not interested in talking

Entertainment and a mobile charger are essential on the plane. We accepted the small plane, but at least we wanted to be comfortable while traveling.
Flight Attendant was a little rude when I told her how can I order the Lufthansa bear from the onboard shopping? She told me didn't I see them come through the cabin, I said no because I was in the restroom. she looked at me, and told me that she will come back to me, and "never" did. I told her that I have rang my call light 4 times, and no one came to see my order.
